Hi , I'm Y/N  L/N . I am originally from Canada , Toronto but my dad has taken a job in Swellview Which is in the states so I gotta admit I was kinda afraid, new school and new kids . It just all felt crazy to me , mostly that I was finally getting used to high school but I guess that's fine...

The way there . I sat in the back while my two Parents sat in the front. I was looking out the window at the environment, fully zoned out imaging how bad this could go. Like sleeping in on the first day of school, making a fool of myself, being made fun of and much more. My body language made it very clear that I was nervous. My leg was moving up and down out of nerves and VERY fast , i could probably win first place in a race if I could run that fast... but I wasn't overly athletic .

I swear my dad was slightly disappointed by that since he had won first place in track and field when he was in senior year of high school... but anyways I eventually slightly calmed down and looked down at my phone , I grabbed my ear buds and put them in my ears then started trying to figure out a song to listen too.

In the end I picked House of memories , it's a really cute and powerful song . I turned off my phone and it kept playing anyways . I set in the seat beside me and then went back to looking out the window but instead of worrying I was focused on the song .

After a few hours me and my parents had arrived at our house. It was a two story house and was pretty small compared to our old one but that's completely fine . I grabbed my phone and turned it on, pausing the music then turned it off , while my parents got out of the car and walked to trunk to get our suit cases . I got out of the car and walked towards the front door .

I walked inside after unlocking the door . It was way bigger on the inside  then what it was on the outside . I slightly smiled now being excited for school and to live in Swellview.

I looked around a little, eventually finding the stairs to go upstairs, I slowly went up the stairs , having my hand on the rail as I went upstairs. When I got to the second floor I looked for the master bedroom, hoping that I'd get to claim it before my parents do. After looking in a bathroom and two bedrooms . I came across the master bedroom and it was HUGE- I immediately claimed it by flopping on the bed which the previous owner had left since it wouldn't fit in the house they were moving too.

I heard gasping downstairs, indicating my parents are in the house now. I got up slowly, leaving my bag and phone on the bed . I ran out of the bedroom and down the stairs . My dad looked at me while my mom went to go and investigate her 'happy place' which is the kitchen, she's always been big on cooking and baking . My dad chuckled knowing want I wanted .

"No . Sweetheart . Just because your in year 10 doesn't give you the right to have the master bedroom. I will give you the second biggest room. But the masters will be for me and your mother."

I groaned and put my hands in my hoodie pocket, being very annoyed but not wanting to start an argument after HOURS of driving .

Piper's POV

Kris "Just...Fine you can go out with your friends. ON ONE CONDITION. Go say hi to the new Neighbour's."

I looked at my mom up and down, jaw dropping. I have to say HELLO?!? To the new neighbours?!?

"Why can't Henry?!?"

Kris turned for the sink which she had been chopping carrots in and looked down at me.

Kris "Henry has work , Piper . Plus you wanna go and hang out with your friends. So do what I say and then you have the whole day to yourself."

I groaned and whined , crossing my arms and slightly flipping my hair . Kris turned back to the sink and continued chopping and cleaning carrots for dinner tonight. I was so annoyed but knew what I had to do if I wanted to go out with my friends. UGHH.... why does everything have to be so hard!!!! Jesus.

I'm so making Henry say Hi to those newbies .
