"I can't believe it. It's finally 8th grade. No more being the underdogs of the school! No more dopey soccer teams!" I think as I get out of bed. I quickly turn on the shower and get my clothes ready as fast as I can. Today I get to see all my friends again, show off my summer tan, and my new sneakers. I take off my clothes and step into the shower. It is so cold against my skin, and pain shoots down my spine. Even through its hotter than I usually put it. I start shivering, and I can't stand the chill anymore. Maybe its just the water heater acting up again... it does that alot right? I set the shower to the hottest it can go, and my back finally feels better.

When I finally finish, I get really cold again. I start ultra-shaking and quicky slide on my underwear and stuff, and my jeans and socks. When I try and put my shirt on, it itches like crazy on the top half of my back. I rip off my shirt, and turn around to look in the mirror. Two huge red marks stick out like a sore thumb on my back. I call my mom up, thinking she has a cream for it, or bandages, or anything to help this.

"MOM!!! I need HELP!!" I hear her running up the stairs, and she knocks on the door.

"Rin can I come in? what's wrong?"

"I have rashes on my back- I think...?" I open the door and let her in.

When she looks at my back she seems surprised. Am I going to die? Is this cancer? Do I have Ebola? My mom just goes to the drawer and gets some rash cream, and rubs it on my back. "Its probably poison ivy from when you fell in soccer yesterday" my mom says. I know that can't be it though, I've had poison ivy before, and it feels nothing like this. "You should probably not wear a lower shirt today Rin. I don't think people are not going to notice it if you show it off." my mom says. Doesn't she know I understand that already? "Thanks mom, I'll probably just wear a sweatshirt today." I reply. I hug her really quick and run to my room to grab my Aero sweatshirt, and slip on a blue T shirt. I start to walk downstairs, and yell back to my mom "LOVE YOU MOM! SEE YOU AFTER SCHOOL!!!" I hear what sounds like a "love you too, good luck" as I'm running downstairs, and grabbing my lunch. I sprint out the front door and run to the bus stop.

I sit in the back of the bus, next to a chick named Morgan. She's okay, but too starbucks and ugg boots for me. I had to sit there the entire time listening to her fangirl about 1D and the latest gossip on Megan Trainor. I reach into my bookbag and listen to music through the whole ride.

When I got to my locker to put my stuff away, someone punched me in the shoulder, and I swiveled around to see Jack and Max behind me. I gave them both a big hug, and even though a teacher went past, he didn't report us or yell at us for hugging.

"How you been girl! We missed ya!" Jack said with a grin.

"I've been at my house, and in the soccer fields" I punched Jack back. "You better have practiced basket ball before the game. I expect you guys not to suck this time" I teased.

"Jack didn't do crap" Max interjected "I tried to make him practice but he insisted we skateboard instead"

"HEY! That wasn't me that was you" Jack slammed into Max and they started playfully beating eachother up. Like bros.

"I gotta go to class guys. Cya!" I sprinted to Mr. Lee's class, and left Jack and Max to have fun. Right before I was out of the hallway and into the classroom, I slam directly. into. Ava. I see her b*tchy face right before we fall. I avoid her glare and hop up. I offer her my hand but she stares at it like it's roadkill.

"Are you kidding me?" She whines "Now I'm going to have dirt and sh*t all over my skirt" Is she real? It's a floor. "Do you need help or not?" I ask, I really hate her.

"Not from you. Just go along and hang out with all your boyfriends" she smirks and I swear I see her lips move in something that looked like "dumb b*tch".

Just this once I'm gonna let her say that. Only because I can see what looks like poop on the bottom of her "designer heels". I walk into class and take my normal seat, thankfully Ava's clique doesn't bother me.

-

Its already lunch time, and I've had no problem with my rash or whatevers on my back so far, maybe it's going to go away like any scar or rash. I hear giggling behind me, and the clicking of heels on the lunchroom floor. I turn around and see Ava's milk carton spill all over me and my sweatshirt. Embarassed as hell, I run to the bathroom to see the damage.

I look in the mirror and all I see is a huge chocolate milk stain all over the front of my sweatshirt. I grab some paper towels and start attempting to rub rich girl milk off my sweatshirt. I feel a tingle going down my spine, it feels like a million spiders biting me at once. I drop the paper towels and rush into one of the stalls. I grab out my phone and text my best friend help I'm in the lunch bathroom come quick!

-

I send the text and hear footsteps coming toward the bathroom. I'm still almost seizuring in the stall. That must be her! Then I hear a mocking voice "Come out come out wherever you are Katherin" oh sh*t... it's Ava...
