Chapter 4

We were waiting for the Doctor to call us in, it smelt like cotton balls and hand sanitizer. Dr. Armstrong finally calls us in, he examines me and does a checkup. He was worried that I had something going on in my head, so he sent me for a x-ray.

I was in the x ray room, and i knew the doctors were wasting there time. There was nothing there, they were just plain headaches. Probably from stress or what not. It would take a couple weeks for the results but I couldn't wait, my head kept getting worse. So they gave me strong meds. We had left the doctors and was headed back home. My mom was being totally silent and i didn't know why. I think she knew something I didn't, because she had that look. I just kept quiet, and put my music in.

We had got home and I was tired, so I went to get in bed. My phone buzzed right as I was closing my eyes

"Hey wanna go get something to eat?" -Kells

I text back, "Sure, pick me up?' -Raven

"Sure :)" -Kells

I got up, and started getting dressed. I threw a a t shirt on and grabbed my red high top converse, and headed downstairs. My mom and dad were watching Jeopardy, ew boring. I walked out of the TV room, and stood on my porch waiting for Kelley. The wind was cold, so i threw on a sweatshirt. Kelley pulled into my drive way couple minutes after and i got into her car.

"Hey Girl! Where were you after school?"

"I was at the Doctors office," I told plainly.

"Oh, ok" Kelly said, dropping the subject.

We pulled into the diner stop, where we sat down and ordered two milkshakes and fries. After our meal came, Kelly said,

" So, I heard that there is this new guy in our school!"

"Really? I didn't hear about it,"

"I know, he is like a no body, BUT I think, he is kinda cute"

"Oh I wouldn't know," I say very bluntly. Kelly looks at me strangely and starts to eat her fries. I look around, and he walks in. Tall, skinny, brown hair, hazel eyes and he had one little sliver lip ring. He walked kinda awkward but took every step with confidence. He shoulders were square, and his arms were muscular. He was wearing a plan black t shirt with sweat pants and had converse on. He walked over to the table, and started looking at the menu.

"KELLY," I whispered but yelled.

"Holy shit raven, What?"

"Who," I pointed "is that?"

She looked over her shoulder, quickly looking back over to me and grinned.

"That! My friend is who I like to call Kristian, I'm surprised you don't know who that is, he is in like three of your classes" stated Kelly.

My jaw dropped, how on EARTH, did i not notice him? He was obviously there now, right in front of me. Kelly waved her hand in front of me, snapping me back to the diner.

"Holy shit, Kells, he is gorgeous!"

"Eh, I don't see it,"

"Wha-" I stared at him, the way his eyes flickered and how his skin tone went perfect with that black shirt. I have no idea how Kelly didn't see it. He was right there, and i wanted to go touch him. not in the creepy way, but the way where i can be close to him. I didn't even know him. I had to get to know him, whether I died or not. I had to pinch myself because if Kelly didn't see how beautiful he really was, then I don't know who Will. Oh wait, that would be me.

I based the character of Kristian, to a guy in my school, who I never noticed until someone mentioned him. And now, i notice him everywhere. And i notice how beautiful he really is :) So ya that's my "inspiration" to add him into my book :)))
