In a Big, Big World

Chapter 7

        I woke up from the smell of bacon and eggs. I dont remember falling asleep last night. I wasnt wearing what I usually wore to bed so im guessing i accidently fell asleep. I almost had a normal morning until I remember yesterday. It was Saturday. That Friday, made a deep hole somewhere into my body. I had to fill it up. With risks and adventures. I shook my head and got dressed.  I went downstairs and sat at the table. She didnt said a word. My mom  looked at me like she were expecting me be sad.

"Stop looking at me like that. I'm fine. Well not really, but I am not going to pout in my room all my life until I die."

My mom looked at me. It was has if she was re-living yesterday. The same face. The same look in her eyes. I looked down at my plate.

"Thats very good, honey. Good for you" She kissed me on top of my head. She left and went upstairs. I reached for my phone in my back pocket. I had recieved a text from a new number. It was from Krisitan. Oh crap. I had totally forgot about the date we had tonight. I hadn't told my mom and I havent found anything to wear. I ran upstairs and went into my room. It was going to take awhile to find something to where. All my clothes on my floor or dirty so i didnt have many options.

"MOM I HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO TONIGHT" I yelled down the hall

I heard something but I didnt wait for a repeat. I shut my door and went to go take a shower.

I got out and started to look for something to wear. An hour lateer i was in my black skater skirt, white converse, and a white shirt that said "Im dead, wanna hook up?"

I applied my makeup and went downstairs. Already 3:00, he texted he would pick me up at 3:30. I had time to spare. I looked down at what I was wearing. I had second thoughts and changed my shirt. I now had a white tank top on with a red jacket.  Cute and Simple. The way I liked it. The door bell rang, i ran to the door. I hesitated and then opend the door. There standing in black jeans, a white shirt and red vans was Krisitan. He looked cute. And that was an understatement.

"Hey" he said.

"Uh-h Hey!' I say trying to be cool about it.

"Are you ready to go?" he asked

"Uh ya sure, MOM IM LEAVING" I yelled up and i shut the door behind me.

We got into the car adn started to drive north towards the mountains. I was confused but went with it. He turned on a CD and Sleeping With Sirens turned on. I loved this band and I think this song was called Kick Me. I was jamming out with my lips singing with the lyris.

"So, you like this band?' He asked me turning it down a little.

"Are you kidding? I love this band" I say.

He laughs a little and says "Well, I'm going to their concert in a couple of weeks. You wanna go with me?"

"Wait, are you serious? Your joking! No way! Yes I would love to go!"

He looked at me, giggled and then said, "Ok, haha, then its settled."

This night was turning out amazing already. We pulled into a small parking lot. We got out and he pulled a basket out of the trunk. He pulled out a blanket too.

"Wow, you are prepared. I thought we could just go to a movie." I said.

"Well, I think going to the movies is too blah. I think if you want to make a good impression, you go all out. And besides, I like nature better than a big movie screen." I agreed with him on that. We started to walk on a trail, passing a few people. We turned on another path and the trail started to go uphill. It seemed like forever but we finally made it to the spot he wanted to eat at. It was view of the whole city & the sun was starting to set.

"Oh my god, this is beautiful Kristian!"

He smiled and started to set everything out. We settled and started to eat. His mom had made this noodle stuff and it was sex in my mouth. I almost ate the whole thing but I didnt want to seem like a pig.

He finally spoke after a long silence of watch the skylight.

"I hope you liked it"

"Are you kidding? I loved it. This had been wondertful. Thank you"
"No problem, I think you deserve it. I can read you, you know? I can tell that no on has ever done this for you & that something is bothering you. I can tell"

I was suprised he knew that. But he was right there in front mf me saying to my face. I wanted to kiss him. I really did. But I didnt want to do anything he didnt want to do. He turned around and started to speak,

"Listen Raven, I think your wonderful & pretty, yes, but I think you personality speaks to me the most. your eyes tell a story you dont want to tell. And I like that about you. You have this vibe that I havent felt in a long time. And yes right now, I want to grab your face and kiss you right now. But I am not going to do it if you dont want to"

And before my brain processed his beautiful speach, my body was straddling him at his hips, my hands on his jaw. "Kristian, kiss me" I dont think I meant it as a comand but he did. Our lips touched gently at first. But I couldnt get enough of him. His lips ring stinging my mouth with coldness from the air. I wanted more of his lips. Of him. And no, I didnt want to get into his pants, but Passionailty I wanted to touch him just to feel his skin and his bones and his heart. Not sexually, but I wanted to see how his body moved with mine. I could feel his tongue waiting for entrance into my mouth. I wanted to taste how he tasted. His tongue explored my mouth with his lip ring getting caught on my lip. It was hott. It was beautiful and I couldnt get enough of it. He stopped the make out session.

"Did you know you taste like my moms cooking dish?" He smiled and I laughed. I kssed him one more time.

We gathered our things and started to walk down the trail hand in hand.  We got into the car and before turning the car on, we reached over and kissed me on my temple. And that had been the best kiss of tonight.
