Chapter 28

Amu's POV
We were sitting alone,me and Tadase on a couch in silence.I looked at Tadase and noticed a cut on his hands.It was bandaged up and a pale red from the blood."Um..Tadase-kun?"I said looking up at him."hm?"he said."What happened to your hand?"i asked."Oh,um..."he bit his lip not knowing what to say."I just had a little accident that's all.don't worry"he said and smiled at me."Why can't I worry about it?"I asked."Because I don't want you involved and you might get hurt."he said putting his arm around my shoulders.I rested my head on his shoulder."Ok,but please don't get in too much pain."I said."I'll try"he said pulling me closer.I leaned my head on his chest and fell asleep comfortably.
Tadase POV
As I pulled her closer,she leaned her head on my chest and fell asleep.She was breathing softly and peacefully for a couple of minutes and I thought that it's not safe down here.So while she was asleep,I gently carried her off the couch and walked to her room.I quietly opened the door to her room and saw Yaya and Rima sitting in front of the Tv."Hey!Amu-chi-" "Shh!"I quickly shushed her before Amu can wake up.I placed her on a bed and pulled the covers up."Hey!"whispered Yaya."What?"i said quietly."What'd you do downstairs?"she said."Nothing!"i said."Anyways,what are you doing now?"said Yaya."Staying here."I said."Why?"asked Rima."Cause I want to."i said.Kukai then burst into the room making Yaya and Rima jump in surprise."Sup!"he said quietly."what are you doing here?"asked Yaya."None of your business.Now why don't you go out and play,i'll handle the tv from here."Kukai said pushing Rima and Yaya out of the room.When they left and we were alone,Kukai came next to me."So,why are you staying here?"Kukai asked."Cause there's this guy named Kin and he's after Amu.So I have to make sure he doesn't go near her or anything.Thats my first mission."I explained."First mission?"Kukai said."Yea.Im almost done with training and I'll be able to have more time off.So this is just a test if I'm done training or not."i said."oh,so,you gotta follow her around all day?"He asked."No.When she's alone I will"I said."So what should we do while she sleeps?"Kukai said,bored."This afternoon at 3,my class and Nagi's class have to go on a nature walk around the woods or something.And now,its only 1:00."i said looking at the clock."So when do we eat?"kukai asked."Probably around 1:50 or 2:00."I said."Didn't you want to handle the tv?"I said."Oh,yea.But I have no idea what to do with that thing."said Kukai.He pressed the power on button and the screen turned blue."This is so old."Kukai said.The tv then made a sound and a person came on.Just then,Amu woke up startled at the loud noise."oh,Amu-chan,sorry did we wake you up?"i said turning around.She shook her head as she rubbed her eyes."What are you watching?"she asked as she got out of bed."Nothing.just checking if it works."Kukai said.Daichi was looking through the channels until Ran yelled,"STOP!" We all jumped by the loud voice coming from the small chara."Its the fortune teller!"said Miki.Dia,Su,and Eli nodded."They're always like this when she comes on."Amu said slapping her forehead.
"I am Nobuki Saeki!" The tv blared.Then,she started talking about today's lucky color and things about tomorrow.The charas were looking at the tv with serious faces listening to every word she says.Soon,Daichi and Kiseki joined in.After the show was over,We turned off the TV."Wanna go grab some lunch?"I asked."Alright."said Amu."Im staaaarrrrvving"said Kukai.We all went downstairs to meet up with everyone and walked into the cafeteria.After lunch,we settled on a couch in the lounge."Ugh!Im so bored!!"Rima said."Where's the network?!"Yaya said shaking her phone."This place isn't what I thought would be like..."Amu said."We could always go play a sport."said Kukai.5 minutes later,they were still complaining about how boring it was."Keep whining,and there will probably be absolutely nothing you can do."I said."And...yup,its snowing."
The girls stopped whining and looked out the window.It was snowing a lot.The teacher soon came in and said,"Everyone,I heard there was going to be a big snowstorm so all the activities will be canceled." Everyone in the room moaned."Hey!!Sensei where do we get internet!!"cried Yaya."Oh,right,you can get the password at the counter."the teacher said.Everyone gathered around the piece of paper that had the network on it.I sighed and pulled out my phone.I took a picture of the paper and went back to the couch.Nagi came to sit next to me since he also got a picture."You wanna go to the room?"he asked.I looked into the crowd and saw Amu with Rima and Yaya.She'll be fine."Alright"I said getting up.Kukai was also in the crowd pushing everyone to get closer.Once we got to the room,I went to take a bath.After I was done,I saw Nagi playing and Kukai and Kairi still downstairs trying to get internet.I texted Kukai saying,"What takes you so long?Just take a picture!"
Nagi sighed."This is getting boring."he said."Yea,they're taking forever."i said and my phone vibrated.From Kukai.
Kukai:Oh.
Right after I received the text,Kukai burst into the room."took you long enough."I said.
Amu's POV
I sighed as I looked at the crowd gathering around the counter.They just won't stop pushing around.I had gotten the password and was waiting for Rima and Yaya to get out from the crowd.I reached into the crowd of people and pulled them out."Hey,Yaya was going to get it!"Yaya said.I sighed."Here."I said pulling out my phone."I took a picture of it."I said showing it to them."Ooohh,I didn't think of that."said Rima."Arigatou*!Amu-chi!"Yaya said as she copied it down.
