"Toni?" I ask.

The head doesn't move.

I turn to papa confused. He gives me a pleading look and tries to look away from my teary eyes.

"Toni?" I repeat louder this time.

Nothing.

"ANTONIO," I shout, wanting to see my brother.

He flips me off.

I blink away tears.

Papa goes to speak but I raise a hand.

"Can everyone else please leave the room for a moment?"

They looked worried

I furrowed my eyebrows

"Principessa-" Papa started

"Papa please," I pleaded

He nodded and they all walked out after grumbling.

He still sat there not looking at me or talking.

"Antonio," I called out

Nothing.

I looked at the snacks Veronica had given me.

Perfect, I thought!

Antonio's POV

I'm sitting facing away from her. I watch everyone, leave the room.

"Antonio,"

I don't respond yet again not wanting to have to deal with what might happen if I do.

Suddenly I feel something hit the back of my head.

Dismissing it I sat there.

Another small object hit my head.

I look down only to see grapes on the floor.

My eyes widen.

Flashback:

"Ton ton" she screamed

"toniiiiiii"

I sat at the island doing homework trying to ignore her.

She was sitting in her highchair eating

"ant"

I still don't answer.

She grumbles

Soon enough I feel something hit me in the back of the head.

I ignore it until I feel it happen again and again.

I look down to see grapes all over the floor and I see the little angel herself holding the next one she was about to throw.

That day I tickled her until she apologized. I can't miss her as much as I did before. If I let her back in and lose her again it'll kill me.

Flashback over

My eyes tear up but I turn my head back to the wall I was staring at before.

I hear her scoff. I assume she gave up.

That is until I feel something heavier hit my head. I spin around to see a plastic bowl skidding on the floor after bouncing off my head.

Now I'm pissed

I stand up, my pain and anger displayed clearly on my face as I glare at her attempting not to falter.
