Everything is different now

Well that went better then I thought - Ch 3

"IT'S SO BIG?! HOW DOES THIS EVEN ALL FIT INTO ONE ROOM?!" I asked very confused seeing as it looked like it had literally everything. "Well that's what I thought at first too, but you just come to accept it sooner or later." He looked at me like I was a little kid at a candy store.. "I'm kind of in the mood for..something sweet..." I quickly scan the room for anything that may look tasty and filling..and of course something sweet as well. "I think I'll just buy these." Alister looks over at what I'm holding, "Only a sandwich, chips, and a lolipop...?" he asks with a sort of worried look. "Why what do you have-" as I glance over to look at what he has I open my mouth to question but can't summon any words.

"Helloo, Karune are you still there?" He has a confused look while waving his hand in my face, "You have 3 sandwiches, 4 bags of chips, and and 2 soda cans....WHO ARE YOU FEEDING?!" I was actually worried for his wallet. "HEY WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?" He asks slightly offended. "WELL I MEAN IT'S A LOT Y'KNOW!" I say trying my best not sound rude, "I'm just a hungry guy so let's pay and eat a little on the way so we aren't late, okay?" he shows me the time with a worried laugh. "Oh you're right here I'll pay for everything!-" he quickly stops me and insists that he pays. "Okay fine you can pay, we don't have a lot of time." I grab all of our things and continue with him out the door to our next class.

"So conjuration huh? Where's that at?" I ask curiously taking a bite out of my sandwich. "Oh it's just down the hall to our left!" He points at the door with the words reading "Conjuration" on it. As we walked in I finished my sandwich and introduced myself like usual, and the teacher told me his name was Dr. Alluminis. I sat next to Alister again because who else would I sit by? "Okay class today we are going to be doing small summons like insects and small animals such as rabbits or bats." He had a cold kind of tired sounding voice, but it was oddly nice.

"First up is Serenity Dark, please don't summon anything that can destroy the classroom or you can't control.", "Understood sir." Serenity Dark, what a beautiful name. "Teyanos!" a small cloud formed around her and out came a bunch of little bunnies. "Very good Serenity I expected no less from you." He flashed her a small look and she looked back at him clenching her fists a little. "Next is our newest student, Karune." I walk down into the center of the classroom feeling their gazes on me trying to keep my cool. "Tetake.." I quietly chanted with smoke rising as usual and summoning a baby lion. "That was quite a spell maybe you and Serenity might get along." He said letting out a smile.

(Magic that starts with T are all conjuration magic unless in a ritual etc, as said before.)

As I walk back up to my seat Alister walks by me to do his summoning, I guess I never really got to see Alisters magical ability yet have I. "You know what to die Alister.." This time our teacher kind of grumbled... I wonder whats up. "Tezele.." I reckognized that spell because my mother used it before when she executed someone.. A dark cloud rose up as I heard an irritating familiar growl, although I suppose it wasn't really the creatures' fault. A hell lion rose from the smoke as I gave it the most bitter look I had until I was startled by a soft voice, "Hey, Karune is you name correct?" The gorgeous girl spoke in a tone that was totally different from her facial expression is was interesting... "Y-yeah that's me, you're Serenity right?" I avoided eye contact with her because of how nervous I got.

"Correct, that is me." I didn't know what to say she was so nonchalant and intimidating.. "So why did you come over here, surely just not to introduce yourself yes?" I tried speaking clearly and tried to keep myself together. "I want to join your side." Wow she really is nonchalant... "Join my side- do you mean you wanna be friends..?" I asked with a sort of worried look. "Yes that is the point I was trying to get across." she had a blank face and yet her voice felt like it was holding back so much. "Well of course we can be friends!" I smile at her and she gets a kind of suprised look and gently smiles. "Thank you that is all, see you at lunch should we cross paths again." She walked out of class as it ended from what I've gathered about her probably straight to lunch. I was heading there now with Alister, "Well that went better then I thought." I looked over to Alister who already looked over, "Yeah it kind did didn't it."
