Chapter 7

I ran into his arms.
"So when I hug you it's creepy but when you hug this random stranger everythings ight? Whatever" Nash joked. I ignored him.
I whispered into his ear "I missed you!"

He whispered "So did I!"
Diane and jerry gave us weird looks.
"I remember him from the orphanage." Jerry said to Diane. We walked into his house and met his new family.
"Hi! I'm Linda and this is Arnold." Linda said excitly. I'm guessing he didn't have any siblings because I didn't see any. Arnold drank a couple beers and asked Jerry and Di if they wanted any. They sensed he was drunk so we decided to go.
"Di can I invite Luke over please" I asked Diane.

"Sure but don't be loud sky's sleeping and Nash is in his room, we love you sweetie." Di and Jerry kissed my forehead and closed my door. I threw a rock at Luke's window and accidentally broke it. He came over kinda worried-nervous I don't know about what.
"You and I both have a phone indie." like said shakily.
"Luke calm down." I said trying to comfort him.
We ended up made a make shift fort (it collapsed about 5 times)
We decided to watch a movie on my laptop called the fault in our stars. It was actually really good. I cried at the end and Luke held me wiping away the tears.

"I'll always be there to protect you" Luke promised.
"Okay" I said back.
We both fell asleep in our "fort" around 11pm because we had school in the morning.
