Izuku is the same boy as in cannon until a year before the anime starts. he is in a school lab when he is struck by lightning and gets extreme speed powers.
Aizawa was on patrol when he saw a body on the ground. He goes down to the body and sees Zoom. His face torn apart. Aizawa sees this and says "oh my god Izuku what happened to you"

He calls in the police while he examines the body. He noticed the cause of death seemed to be a hole in his chest. Aizawa walks out of the ally and tears up "... goddammit..." He can't stay there and just makes his way home from the scene. He rushes inside when he gets there. He runs into the bathroom and throws up. He stays there for a few minutes just thinking before getting into the shower. The water hitting him as he cleaned himself was somewhat calming but also made him think. He gets out the shower after a few minutes not even drying himself just letting the water drip from him. He grabs his clothes and just puts on his underwear and pants not wanting to wear the shirt at the moment. He goes into shinso's room and sees him sleeping peacefully "sleep well my sons..." He then leaves the room and goes to mic's room and gets in bed with him just holding him till he falls asleep.
The next day
Aizawa wakes up before mic. He gets up and gets dressed in a black suit with a white shirt and black tie. He throws on a trenchcoat and fedora with dark sunglasses to hide his identity decently. He walks out the door.
2 hours later
Yamada and shinso wake up. Neither of them know where Aizawa is. The try calling him but he left his phone there. They don't know where he would go.
Meanwhile with Aizawa
He walks up to a grave stone. "It's been a long time Inko, I'm sorry I left, I'm sorry I didn't know, I would have tried to be a good father if I had known..." A man with black hair and blues eyes walks up to him. "Come to pay your respects sir?" Aizawa looks at him "yeah I did" he then walks away not wanting to spend anymore time there. He walks to Inko's old apartment "it's been a long time" he walks inside. He sees a large lightning bolt burned into the wall. He then sees a small device on the counter and presses the button on it. A hologram of izuku appears "well look who finally showed up" the hologram takes his mask off and stops vibrating "she should have been happy, she didn't deserve to be killed by that bastard or to be left but it's okay on your end I get it" the hologram disappeared and the device exploded. "I'm sorry my son" he leaves and went home to the worried yamada and shinso. "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!" yamada yelled. Aizawa just said "shut up.." he just sits down and throws off his coat glasses and hat off.
With zoom
"Fuck they found it's body and think I'm dead" he removes all his clothes and puts his mask on. "Well I can actually make use of something else and have a new identity" he picks up a light type of Device "Savitar the god of speed, barry's time revenent was a disgrace to that name, Godspeed had a good costume, I'll make my own this time though I don't need to look like Hunter" he builds a black suit with a red symbol and red details, horns on the head, red eyes, a red mouth covering, red and black gloves, The lightning bolt was replaced by two lightning bolts in an X shape. "This should work" he then goes to his mother's grave seeing Aizawa and asking "Come to pay your respects sir?" Aizawa just replies "yeah I did" and then leaves. Izuku watches and then leaves grabbing his light thing "harrison wells" he shines the light on his face and looks like harrison wells.

He then says "well now I look and sound like good old harry, might as well change back" he shines the light on himself again and He returns to normal. "Oh hehe this is going to be fun"
