BUT FUCKING SHORTY CLEAN DOESN'T LIKE RESPECTING THAT!!
Exhibit A!
"Y/n. You and Jean are on stable duty." Shorty clean said siping his tea. My head whipped in his direction.
"WHAT!? WHY DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE JEANS WITH JEAN?!!!! HE SHOULD HAVE TO WASH AND GROOM HIS OWN HOUSE AND FMAILY!!" I yelled standing up.
"WOULD YOU STOP CALLING ME A HORSE!?" Jean stood up and yelled at me.
I glared at him.
DO YOU SEE WHY THIS IS A PROBLEM ME'S?!
"Y/n you need to get along with him and the new squad. They live here now and you must be respectful." Short clean groaned.
Respectful my ass. Maybe YOU should learn some respect.
'Glaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaare'
I rolled my eyes. "Fineeee." I whined.
"Here." I handed Jean a bucket of water.
"Thanks." He mumbled. We got to work on the first horse, not saying a word.
It was when we were on the last horse when I decided to ask a question.
"Hey Jean?" I called out.
"Ya?" He didn't take his eyes off the horse.
"Do you miss Marco?" I asked.
"What? Of course I do." He stopped scrubbing the horse and looked up at me. "His death is the whole reason I joined the damn scouts. If he were still here we'd be safe within the king's castle." He rolled his eyes.
I nodded. "I miss him too. His smiles. They were one of my favorite parts of the show." He looked at me curiously.
"Captain Levi told us about you. And where you're from. He also explained what our world is in your world. It doesn't make a lot of sense but I figured I'd ask you. So, do you know everything about us?" He asked. I laughed.
"What? Of course not! I know the most important things about you all and your backgrounds but not everything! Thought I'd love getting to know all of you." I answered.
"Oh. I can tell you about Marco if you'd like. I knew the most about him." He seemed a bit hesitant but I just smiled and nodded.
"Tell me a bit about you while we're at it."
Flashback end.
I braced the freckled boy in my arms. He made a weird noise.
"Uh Jean?? Who's this girl squeezing me??" Marco squeaked raising his arms above his head like I was some kind of leach.
"Oh Marco! I'm Y/n!! Get used to me." I snuggled into his chest. Marco looked at his friend for assistance. Jean just shrugged.
"Um okay?" Marco said nervously.
I guess when a person you don't know attaches themselves to you, it's a bit weird.
This is all part of my plan.
To get my family back.

I'm so sorry everyone!!
I know I've been missing for a while and I just wanted to apologize I want to make the chapters longer but I'm honestly stumped on how to build relationships so I have to take a lot of time to think.
I have THE PERFECT ending planned and I just need to build relationships because I feel like I I just jump to the ending then it would be weird so I'll try my best to give more chapters!
I think I might do a chapter for each character so tell me which one I should do next!
(Eren will be in a whole bunch of chapters, scattered around but I will give him is own chapter! Promise!)
