Remember I Love You

CHAPTER 1: EPISODE 33

Deniz and Selin continued searching for Eda and Serkan. They came across a cabin in the middle of the woods and inside they found Serkan and Eda cuddling fast asleep.

"Serkan!" Selin shouted angrily.

Serkan and Eda woke up to a pissed-off Selin and a dismayed Deniz.

"Selin? What are you doing here?" Serkan asked.

"What am I doing here? WHAT AM I DOING HERE? I was looking for you Serkan! You left me on my birthday only to see you cuddling with your ex!" Selin vented out.

"Look, it's not what you think. Eda got injured when I found her and took her here to rest. Then we both fell asleep but I assure you nothing happened between us." Serkan explained calmy.

Astounded by what she just witnessed, Selin left the cabin pissed. Serkan got up and followed her back to the lodge.

Deniz sat down right next to Eda and asked her if she was okay. After Eda assured Deniz that she is fine, both headed back as well.

Morning came and Eda went out for a walk. She stopped on her tracks when she saw Serkan hovering by the bridge.

"Serkan." 

Serkan looked around to see who called him, "Eda."

"What are you doing here?" both asked at the same time resulting in a soft smile on their faces.

"It's our last day so I decided to take a walk before going home," Eda responded. "You?"

"I needed some space away from people to think," Serkan replied.

"Well, good luck thinking," she says as she walked past Serkan.

"Eda," Serkan called her name and she turned around. "Can I walk with you? I don't want you to get lost alone again," he said hoping Eda would buy his excuse to join her.

"It was nighttime Serkan. I can see where I'm going now." Eda answered with a smug look and turned her back at him.

"Sure you do," Serkan says as he followed behind till he caught up with her pace.

Side by side they walked, stealing glances at each other yet trying to avoid opening up a conversation.

"Serkan," Eda finally spoke. "Thank you for yesterday."

Serkan looked at her warmingly, "you're welcome Eda."

As they approach the lodge, Serkan suddenly stopped which took Eda by surprise. She looked back at him who was a step behind.

"Go ahead. I don't want Selin or Deniz to see us go back together and cause another misunderstanding."

"You're right. I'll go ahead then."

Serkan gave her a nod and she turned her head and walked forward with heavy steps. He didn't take his eyes off her as she walked away.

It was nighttime when Eda and Melo finally arrived home.

"Hala!" Eda called her aunt as she opened the door.

"Canım, hoşgeldin! Melo, how was the trip?" Ayfer asked as she approached them from the kitchen.

"It was good Ayfer abla, but I'm really tired so I'll go upstairs and sleep now," Melo said as she yawned and climbed up to her room.

"Tamam, iyi geceler Melocım. Eda, can we talk for a second?"

"Sure Hala, what is it?" Eda says as her aunt drags her by the hand to the couch.
