Ow. Ow. And ow again.

Currently laying flat on the floor, the only reaction you could do was groan very loudly.

Now how the hell did they even manage to survive this intense training? I get running around to get stamina was important, it was important in your world too! However why.. just why did they go as far as almost burning their lungs out and popping their eardrums as well.

"(Y/n)-san that was great today!" Naho exclaimed, hovering over you with a towel as you could only give one strain smile, picking yourself up from the laying position while you gently took the towel off her hand and started wiping your face to get rid of the disgusting sweat rolling down your face and neck. You definitely needed a shower after this intense training. Why yes! Your ribs were now completely fine! Save for a few cracks here and there but the amount of care this hospital had sure was...amazing!

"Please enjoy them while you can!" After both 'twins' had finished their sentence off had you already started gombling the food up, apologizing for eating so messily but they didn't seem to mind as they knew you were just very hungry after all procedures you just went through.

"Good work out there (Y/n)! That was amazing!" Hearing Tanjiro compliment you was still new to you, it felt so refreshing to hear it out of him, he was always understanding and gentle. Damn you were currently swooning over him, not a epic pogger moment now is it?

"Thanks! You weren't too shabby yourself!" Hearing that new word did confuse him but with the way the air seemed to be flowing a nice auroma he took it as a compliment and only laughed.

"Oh how was the training (Y/n)-chan? " Zenitsu chimed in, bringing both his arms up to get a bit of attention, and if you were honest? The little overzie sleeve thing definitely almost made you awe and want to cuddle him up, just scoop him and just squeeze him. Immediately snapping at the moment you only hummed and scratched the back of your head.

"Definitely tiring, man i don't know how you all do this without actually puking." Exasperately sighing, you went on to flop on your bed and face up to look at the ceiling while Zenitsu only hummed, the comment you made definitely made him look back on how he tried to escape his grandpa's residence multiple times because he couldn't endure the amount of pain he had gotten just from breathing. Looking back at it?..No he probably shouldn't think like that.

"Inosuke stop stealing mY FISH!" You hissed, rubbing the bridge of your nose as he only menacingly giggled and tauntingly ate the stolen fish right in front of your face, which made you want to strangle him even more but without the two boys keeping a close eye on you, you knew you wouldn't do anything..for now atleast.

"Here (Y/n)! You can have mines!" Tanjiro exclaimed, pushing his own bowl at your direction you while you awed and almost felt like crying at his kindness, but to be sure you doubled checked to see if he was really okay and to see that he was, you immedaitely stole it and shoved it in your mouth, melting at the continent just going down your throat while the thunder boy seemed to be jealous and asked if you wanted a bite of his food, which you happily agreed ad quickly ate his.

You really loved their food and it was proof.

From the absolute fact that you stole everyone's food and ran away when Inosuke finally saw the result of his empty bowl.

"GET BACK HERE YOU BITCH!"
"AHHHHH-HAHA!"

"Ooh a letter!" You exclaimed, carefully taking it away from the crow's paw as you soon unrolled the piece of paper and were met witht he writing of Muraoka herself, she seemed to be pretty happy at the fact that you would soon recover but..

Almost squealing at the little heart emoji, you decided to run around the courtyard in order to fully get that bubbly feeling out, what you hadn't noticed was that the boar head was following you and continued to follow you till the very end until he tried to tackle you only for you to dodge to your left to which he landed straight on the ground by doing a facepalmed. Almost making you laugh but you decided to act like a disapointed parent..and it worked, he got all gloomy thanks to you and you only went to pat his head to anger him even more.

And again, it worked, he suddenly got pissed and started chasing you around.

"HOW DARE YOU THINK OF ME AS A WEAKLING!"
"HAHA NEVER DID YOU DUNCE!" Screaming in fear, you quickly tried to juke him but considering he saw the move once, he immediately did the opposite turn which made you scream even louder and you were now tackled onto the floor, occasionally coughing from the amount of dust the ground below contained.

"HYAHAHA! THE GREAT LORD INOSUKE WINS!"
"Yeah yeah, admit you're a sore baby for the tease and get off of me!" You laughed, hitting his chest to get him off your stomach but he only stayed there even more just to aggravate you. But honestly you didn't mind.

Alright listen, remember when i said you hated kids? It won't mean to the point where you would punt them straight to the fucking sun, some can be tolerable, like your little cousin! He was a kid you definitely enjoyed by a sibling too so seeing Inosuke do this just mde you remember something about home!

"Eyo Inosuke? Have you ever gotten a hug?" The random question definitely threw him off guard, of course he had it! Why wouldn't...he?

...Uh..hold on.

"Huh? The hell is that?" He asked, genuinely confused as to what the hell a hug was. Was it a new move? A new combat move?

"I guess you haven't." You rolled your eyes, asking for him to get off of you once again and this time he decided to comply, sitting on the side, waiting to know what the hell this hug was all about.

And then when he felt your arm being wrapped around him, he immedaitely started stashing around but with the way you did no sudden move, he calmed down, his tense shoulder slowly going down as he tried to mimick your move and went on to wrap his own at your waist.

It..felt comforting and it reminded him of something, it was that same person he saw when it came to his head almost crushed. Bubbly feelings started to go out and almost instantly he rested his neck onto the crook of your neck, which in return made you only softly sigh with your eyes squinted in a soft matter.

Definitely a moment you always wanted to do.
