As Luna is firmly settled on Imperium's back, the midnight dragon in front of them suddenly stopped attacking and a 6'3, middle aged man stood on top of the midnight dragon, sneering at the two.

"What do we have here?" the man said looking at Luna.

"Your end." Luna stated showing no fear.

"Don't be absurd child, no one can kill me, even your parents tried, but ended dead, just like how you all are going to end up." the man smirked as he saw Luna's grip on Imperium tightens.

"Hello, Imperium. Long time no see. I can see that you're still protecting their child when you could've join me and help me gain more power."

Imperium snorted at the man's statement.

"You see Imperium, you're going to watch me kill your owner. Again."

Imperium roared loudly. He mind linked Luna to tighten her hold on him and proceeded to fly on top of the midnight dragon.

Imperium glowed violet and released a stream of light towards the two. As Imperium descended, the black dragon came out of the smoke, unharmed.

"Foolish dragon. You may be the dragon of old, but I! I am a God." the man shouted leading his dragon to attack Imperium and Luna.

"Ready bud?" Luna asked Imperium, an idea in mind.

"Foolish girl, we're together for a reason." Imperium chuckled.

"I'll take that as a yes then." Luna said while standing on Imperium's back.

"I trust you with your decisions little one, but what are you planning on doing?" Imperium asked tilting his head, looking at Luna.

"Jumping"

She jumped and aimed herself towards the man who claims he's a god. As she's near the man, she proceeds to grab his waist and dragged him alongside her.

When they're 6 feet from the ground, Luna kicked the man away from her and summoned the wind to help her slow her fall.

"You said you're a god but you can't even save yourself from falling." Luna mocked the man.

"You insolent, good for nothing brat! I am a god!" the man attacked Luna with his sword and clashed with her.

Luna struggled to keep up with his strength because between the both of them, the man is a lot bigger then her. Luna pushed the man away from her and summoned fire to coat her sword, she also summoned darkness to coat her body as a layer of protection. She promised that they will win, the only thing to do is keep that promise.

"You see man, a god does not need an army to fight for them, a god doesn't need more power as they're already powerful, and looking at you, you're no god. Never was, never will."

Without the man knowing, Luna summoned thorned vines and wrapped it around the man, the man immediately cut it but it gave Luna time to attack and slash the man's torso.

The man jumped away from her, his eyes became clouded, a sign that he's mind linking his dragon.

"Not so tough without your dragon, are we? Unfortunately, he won't come for your aid, he's too busy fighting my dragon."

Luna then again dashed towards the man and swings her sword at him, he stopped it with his sword leaving his right side open, Luna grabbed a dagger and slashed him deep.

"Aren't you a god!? Heal yourself!" Luna taunted him, but never slowed down her attack.

"You're a god, aren't you!? Fight!" Luna throws different types of elements at him, causing more damage.

"Aren't you a god!? Stand up!" Luna punched, kicked him, as cuts him with her sword.

"You say, you're a god, but you rely on your dragon, you rely on the power your men has, you rely solely on what you want. You're no god."
