Long Harry Imagine
You sit in the café; as you usually did on a Saturday afternoon, with your nose stuck in your new favourite novel. You love the way each page captivates you, keeping you occupied for hours. You sip at the hot cup of tea that stood in a tall cup in front of you; inhaling the hot steam. Joe; the Barista kept your cup topped up, knowing full well that you would spend all afternoon there.
You decide to bookmark the new chapter so that you could get yourself a muffin. Joe smiles brightly at you as you walk over to pick out a muffin.
'Hmm what do you recommend Joe?' You ask.
'Well, the chocolate chip is a classic, so I'd say that.' He replies with his dazzling smile.
'I'll have that then! Would you like to join me?'
'It seems you've already got company (y/n).' Joe replies, nodding over to your table.
You turn around, confused as you notice a mop of curls sat at your table. You take your muffin and walk over to your table.
'Can I help you?' You say as you get to your table, stopping in your tracks as you recognise that famous face.
His dimples cave into his cheeks and his curls bounce around as he turns slightly to look at you.
'Um hi, sorry I didn't know anyone was sitting here.' He smirks at you as you sit opposite him in complete shock.
'Did you not guess from my coat and teacup?' You laugh.
'Ah, you got me. I'm not a very good liar... Truth is, I just wanted an excuse to talk to you,' He smiles, 'I'm Harry by the way.'
'I know who you are.' You giggle, a little starstruck.
'Well, does that mean I get to know your name then?' He laughs cheekily.
'Yeah sure, it's (y/n),' You say, 'Why was it that you wanted to talk to me?'
'Well, a pretty girl like you shouldn't be all alone.' Harry says bluntly, making you blush from head to toe.
'Um thank you Harry.' You reply.
The hours fly by as you chat away with Harry Styles - ahh! He made you laugh, more than you have done for a long time. You were actually surprised at how much you liked having Harry's company, seeing as you were used to being alone for most of the time. He asked you what seemed like a million questions but you liked having the attention.
10 minutes before closing time, you look at the clock; realising just how long you've been there.
'I've had a really lovely time today and it's all thanks to you Harry.'
'It's no problem at all. May I walk you out?' Harry offers.
'If it's not too much trouble.'
'Of course not!' Harry answers.
As you make your way to the door; rain was hammering down on the pavement outside.
'Oh no! I forgot my umbrella.'
'I hope I'm not crossing the line (y/n), but my place is just around the corner, I could give you an umbrella or give you a lift home?' Harry says.
'Are you sure, I really don't want to take up any more of your time.'
'(Y/n), I've really enjoyed spending time with you today, you weren't taking any of my time.'
'Okay.' You reply; bracing yourself for the cold rain that would soon be drenching you.
