'Why don't you just leave (y/n)? I'm sick of all these arguments.' Niall shouts, making you jump.
You look at Niall; tears filling your eyes, his words send a sharp pain to your chest. Your whole world feeling like it's falling apart. You look deeply into his angry and tired eyes before walking out the door, not speaking word to him.
As you walk out the door, you walk for miles, just thinking about everything before you finally get home. You collapse on your bed and cry for hours before finally falling asleep.
You wake up the next morning and look at your phone. No messages. Tears start to fall down your cheeks once again as Niall's usual 'Good morning beautiful' text has failed to show on your screen. It was really over.
You step into your shower, careful to wash your tear stained face and wash all of your sadness away. You pack a few of your bags deciding to just get in your car and drive away to find a small place to stay for the rest of the week.
As you arrive at a small cottage in the countryside, you check in and make your way up to the bedroom. You send a quick text to your best friend Liam, just to make sure that he wouldn't worry while you were gone. Telling him where you were staying and asking him not to mention anything to Niall.
You walk down to the beach, 2 minutes away. Walking through the shallow waves; the cool blue water washing over your feet as you take in the beautiful view and refreshing sea breeze, making you feel at peace for a while.
You sit down in the white sand as you watch the sun set beyond the horizon; shading the sky a perfect yellow and orange colour. You sigh, wishing you weren't on your own.
Niall would always take you away on weekends and find a beach for the two of you to watch the sunset. A tear dropped from your eyes and you quickly wiped it away, pulling yourself together.
You stand yourself up, making your way back down the beach when you hear something coming from behind you. You spin yourself around to see a figure running towards you. You carry on walking towards the cottage when you can make out your name being shouted.
As you turn around you can make out who is shouting your name. It's Niall. You freeze, the pain searing through your chest as you remember everything he said to you. You collapse onto the sand, unable to hold yourself up anymore. Niall sprints towards you and collapses beside you; cradling you in his arms.
'(Y/n), baby, are you okay?!' He almost shouts at you as you just lay there, unable to speak to him.
'Baby please, let me know you're okay.'
'I'm fine Niall... Please just take me back to the cottage and leave me alone.' You manage to say, finding it hard to breathe.
'No, I'm never letting you go again. Letting you go yesterday, was the biggest mistake of my life and I won't do it ever again.' He said, almost choking on his words.
'But all those things you said to me, they were so hurtful. I saw it in your eyes Niall, you don't love me anymore.' You say, as tears fill your eyes as you look into his blue orbs, seeing the pain that he was going through.
'No, please don't say that. I do love you. With all my heart. Please (y/n), please forgive this stupid idiot.' He says, never taking his eyes off yours.
You manage to stand up, keep your eyes on Niall's as he joins you.
'I love you (y/n); you are the most important thing in my life. Please don't walk away from me.' Niall manages, his voice breaking as his finishes what he's saying.
Niall starts to cry, looking down at the floor and running his hands through his hair. You take his hands in your and kiss them gently. He looks into your eyes as you wipe away his tears.
'Please don't cry Niall. I don't want to see you like this. You know it kills me to see you upset.' You tell him, holding on his hands and never letting go.
'But, I am dying inside, knowing that me and you are o-' You cut him off.
You silence Niall with a passionate kiss, his tears still falling and landing upon your cheek. You wrap your arms around his neck as he snakes his hands around your waist, pulling you closer to him. You pull away from Niall and kiss away the remainder of his tears, making him smile anxiously at you.
'I hope that you can forgive me for being such an idiot, (y/n).' Niall says.
'I do forgive you baby, you mean the world to me and losing you would be the hardest thing to have to go through.' You start, when Niall jumps in.
'You won't ever lose me (y/n), I will be yours until the day I die. I love you.'
A tear escapes from your eye as Niall's beautiful words make you realise just how much he's sorry and that he loves you with all his heart.
'I love you too Niall.'
Niall takes your hand in his and leads you down the beach finding a perfect spot before he sits down. You join him; sitting closely to him.
'What are we doing?' You ask.
'I want to watch the stars with you.' He says as he wraps his protective arm around your shoulder, before lying down, gazing up at the stars.
You spot a shooting star and gasp.
'Make a wish baby girl.' Niall whispers, his hot breath tickling you sensitive neck.
You close your eyes and make a wish. As you open your eyes back up, you turn to see Niall looking at you. He brings you closer and kisses your lips, softly. You pull away and smile at him.
'I guess my wish came true.' You say, snuggling closely to him as you continue to watch the beautiful night sky as Niall's steady heartbeat soothes you into a sense of security that he always gave you.
'I love you.' Niall whispers as his soft lips meet your temple in a sweet kiss.
