the team members immediately went through all the surveillance, Natasha hacking into a streets cameras to see how he got in.
"Wheres her phone?" Natasha said turning her head, still working on hacking into the cameras.
"Let me go look to see if she dropped it in her room." Pepper said, anxiety laced in her voice.
"Mommy?" Pepper turned around to see Morgan, hair disheveled, obvious that she had just woken up.
"Hey baby, cmon lets go back into your room." Pepper said, holding her hand.
"Whys auntie tasha freaking out?" she asked yawning.
"Dont worry about it, we're trying to find something." Pepper said walking through the hallways with Morgan trailing behind her.
"Ooookkayyyyy." She said, smiling at her mom.
Pepper walked into Morgans room, light yellow walls and a small bed with white bedding.
Pepper grabbed Morgans TV remote, quickly scanning through her bedroom, and making sure her window was latched shut.
"Watch a movie, ill bring you breakfast in a bit, okay sweetheart?" Pepper said, kissing her head.
Morgan nodded, showing her a toothless smile.
Pepper sighed walking down the halls and into Y/N's room, looking around before seeing her phone underneath her bed.
she quickly grabbed it, unlocking it and checking her recent messages, she hated snooping but if she could find anything about the situation she would.
she smiled softly as she saw her recent messages were with Peter.
"Heres her phone, I checked her recent messages but saw nothing about her leaving or anything of the sort." she said, handing the phone to Natasha.
"im getting the other team members awake, we need all hands on deck." Pepper said.
When she called everyone awake, only Wanda, Natasha, Bruce and Sam had waken up, Tony was out on a mission, and should be home within the next hour, as he cut the mission short when he heard what happened.

Rewatching the security footage from her balcony for what felt like the tenth time, Tony made notes on every little thing.
2:31 AM, when she first sat down outside
3:16AM, when the guy was spotted walking into her bedroom

"On screen." Tony said, turning to the screen.
"Please... I dont know anything about it." her voice rang through the room, Natasha and Pepper completely mortified.
they watched as a small knife was plunged into her arm, as she screamed, her cries ringing through the room.
"P-PETER!" she cried out, making Tony stop the video and turn to Pepper.
"Parker?" Natasha asked from behind them.
"I-I mean, theres no other Peter she knows."
Tony played the video as she screamed out in pain.
