Ch.2 The Owl lady

Bright and blurry was all Luz can see from his right eye two figures appear talking to each Luz couldn't see but hear "Is this necessary, we don't know if we're ready!" the female figure arguing to the person next to her "Relax Dr.Camila we are one step closer to success." the male figure tried to calm her down, Luz's eye being to close only had both shot open from a loud bang, he quickly sat up checking his surroundings.

The room was old and dusty and little dark there was a table that had a pot and a candle, some frames that were cover in a sheet, a large window behind him and a big treasure chest to his left "Where the heck am I, ugh." as he rubs his head the door in front of him begin to open revealing a little creature hold a tray of food, he was small with dark gray fur about the size of a raccoon but resemble a fox, an up half of a skull of on its head with one of the horns broken off showing two large yellow and pink eyes, and a red collar was around his neck "Oh hello I see your-" the little guy was cut off when Luz quickly raised his right arm and a ray gun came out of his wrist glowing a blue aura pointed at him "Stay right where you are little guy!" Luz's pupils turned red as he shouted at the little guy, King Shot both his little arms launching the tray that was in his paws in the air and landed with a glass breaking sound that echoed in the halls behind him "Woah, hey nobody points a weird glowy thing at me I'm the King of demon here!" before the little feisty demon studdered another voice came from the halls approaching King and Luz "King did drop another plate again I swear you are-" a tall elderly woman appeared behind King looking at Luz with a surprising look, She was tall and slender, her skin was ivory, her eyes were a gold color, she had pointy ears maroon lips with a golden fang sticking out, and her hair was untamed, thick and long with two tones of gray and she was wearing what looks to be nightwear and bunny slippers, Luz pointed his small wrist weapon that glows brighter at her, the tall lady wave both her arms in a panic way "Woah Woah easy there kid." Luz slowly got up not moving from his position "Who are you two give me your identities and regulation or be exterminated!" he yelled at the King and the tall lady "Look kid let's calm down here okay, look we're not your enemy see no weapons nothing." Luz's left pupil turned from red to a blight purple that gave both King and Eda an "awe" "Scanning." 3 minutes had pass Luz closes his eyes and sighed, the blue light faded from the ray gun as it ascended back into his wrist Eda and King both sighed in relief "My name is Eda, Eda Clawthorne, and this adorable little guy is King." Eda picks up King holds him in her arms with a warmth smiling "I AM NOT ADORABLE!!!" Luz looked at them still untrusted "I'm Luz nice to meet you, Eda and King, now tell me what is this place?" confuse as he was, Eda puts down King for a moment "You're in the Owl House my home I found in the wood passed out and boi let me let ya kid you did a number on that manticore." she said with an imprest looked "Why don't we come downstair and chat for a bit?" Luz was curious about Eda's offer but does he have a choice.

Luz nodded as the three of them headed to the living room which gave Luz a surprised look the room had a lot of furniture, red candles, weapons, and artifacts on the wall behind the couch but what catches Luz attention was a wanted post of Eda 'WANTED THE OWL LADY' "You're a wanted criminal?" Luz looked at Eda with a confusing look "Yeah but I did nothing wrong so forget about it kid." Eda look at Luz sat they both sat on the couch "So tell me, kid, what's a human like you if you even are human judging by that thing that came out of your wrist doing in the Boiling Isles?" she asked while petting King who was laying in her lap "I..don't....know...I can't remember also I'm not a human, I'm an Android." scratching his head "A what?!" King shout in confusion as woke up from his nap "An Android  an artificial being." said Luz which made Eda and King more confused "A robot, a machine you know don't tell me never heard of one?" Luz sighs frustratedly "Oh, Well I see machines in the Boiling Isles but not one that takes a person figure." said Eda who slightly gets walk Luz is talking about "Yeah anyway I don't know how I got here my memory chip is slightly damaged." luz point the top of her head showing where his memory chip is "Well, in that case, why don't you stay with us, Luz?" Eda puts King aside and gets up stretching her bones the gave a cracking sound turns and looks at Luz with a smile "Stay with you guys are you sure that's a good idea?" Luz was shocked by Eda's question "Of course where else would you go?" King sat up as well yawning and rubbing his eyes, 'He's right some of my systems are broken and beyond repair there no humans here so' Luz thought in his mind for a while.

He's an android woke up in a forest with no memories and a few broken parts that need fix somehow and nowhere else to go or get back to the humans "Alright I'm in, I'll stay as long I can get back to the human world?" Eda smiled a bit as she walked close to Luz putting her hand on his shoulder "Well there is a way to get to the human realm." Luz turn in confusion seeing walking in front of him, a small ring appeared under Eda's finger which made Luz gasp out of nowhere a brown suitcase that had an eye on it appeared falling in her hands then she threw it up and stopped as the suitcase transformed into a door "This will help you get back to the human realm and this is the key." she pulls out a key that had the same eye from her hair showing it to Luz "H-how did you do that, I detecting an energy source from coming from you and the door." Luz was so shocked to see what just happened, Eda chuckled a bit putting the key away back in her hair "It's magic kid, I'm a witch didn't you know, and a most powerful one at that." Luz walked closer to the magic door then looked at Eda "Magic, A witch?" Eda nodded as Luz's pupils turned yellow and was examining the door and her "So that explains a huge energy source." Luz then looked at his hands does he want to go back to his human creators or does he want to say here with these two.

Luz walked away from the door and sits on the couch Eda smile know luz made his choice as the magic door closes and turn back into a suitcase then disappeared "So, what's the plan?" Luz smile at Eda while King jumped in excitement just then the front door slammed open and a Bird-like creature came out of the door like a snake "Hey don't forget about  me hoot hoot." Luz scream has his left index finger turned into a flamethrower pointed and shooting an orange and golden flames at the creature "KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!"
