"Dr. Noceda I know you are concerned but this is a machine, not a child." a man's voice can be heard as Luz couldn't see anything as his vision was blurry and everything was white except for the two dark figures in front of him 'Here again?' Luz said in his thoughts as he realizes he's in this dream again "Dr. ██████ he is not a Weapon, we built this project for the greater good and you want to use him for military purpose!?" Luz doesn't know what they are talking about, do they mean him or something else? the argument had stopped as one of the figures went away as a door can be heard, as the other figure sat down on something while a few 'sniffs' and 'puffs' came from them, then the figure started to walked towards Luz as he could see only her face as it started to appear, she had tan skin and her hair dark brown tied in a bun, she was wearing glasses that had a red frame on it.
But to Luz, he saw tears falling down her face as she was saying something but he couldn't hear her talking but when she said his name "Luz'' everything went white "Wait don't go, who are you?!" As his eyes flickered on and off as Luz was being awoken by King who was shaking Luz and calling out his name.
As Luz was fully online and now awake as his eyes were glowing "King, why are you up?" he said to the little demon as Luz looked out the window behind him and it was still dark out then looked back at King who was tugging on his hoodie "It's 3 in the morn-" without warning, King quickly let go of Luz's hoodie and covered Luz's mouth with his little paws as he tells him to be quiet which Luz notice is off with King as he had a looked of fear on his face, fear was an emotion that Luz didn't have but seeing it on King he knows something is wrong as he removed King's paws away from his mouth "Okay King take a deep breath and tell me what's gotten you so spooked was it a bad dream or something?" he questioned him as King took a deep breath and explained, "I heard Hooty scream like he was being attacked by something I thought he was being noisy as he always is so I went down to shut him up but when I got to the living room a huge monster was on him!?" Luz looked confused when King said 'monster' but he led out a 'Pfft' which made King upset as he thought he was telling a joke "King, the only ones who lives in here is me, you, Hooty and Eda plus it's still raining outside also Eda's magical barrier remember nothing can't get in the house." Luz pets King's head calming him down but King frailed his little paws around "I'm serious Luz!" he yelled but in a quiet tone, Luz sighs and gets up scratching his head "Alright, let's go see if we can find this "Monster" of yours." as he said that Luz pulls out his left chaingun arm and walks out of his room "Luz wait!" King scurries after Luz as he catches up to him he crawled up on Luz's head as the two walks through the halls, even though it was still dark it didn't bother Luz thanks to his night vision but he notices 4 large claw marks on the walls as he slides his hand on the mark "Strange, my scans show that these slashes belong to an owl?" this confused Luz for a moment he knows it couldn't be Owlbert he's way too small to marks like these.
When Luz and King made their way to the living room it turns out King was right, something did attack Hooty was on the ground covered in the same claw marks "See I told you" King jumped off Luz's head landing in front of him as he points to Hooty being on the ground proving he wasn't lying, Luz rolled his eye as he kneels down to take a closer look at Hooty and sees that his eye are X's, Luz's pupils turned purple to check for Vidal sign on Hooty see if he's alive and to his surprise, he is "Huh, he's alive but unconscious not bad for a living door that just got knock off its hinges." Luz smiled as was imprest but then he noticed there is something gray in Hooty's mouth which looks like fur? Luz opened Hooty's mouth and grab the small ball of hair but before he could examine it "LUZ LOOK OUT!!!" King panic as if he saw something was in front of the android, without any time for Luz to see and reacted to what King was warning him about, something hit Luz launching him toward the wall above the couch leaving a big crack in the wall as he quickly regains his footing, finally Luz aims his Minigun arm at his attacker which was a large creature which about the size of a large van about 11ft or 13ft tall, the only Luz could see was the orange glowing eyes and a mouth full of sharp teeth, the creature let out a screech at it saw King and tried to lunge at him make him scream but the creature recoiled back as Luz fired a few shot at the ground in front of it and King ''Don't even think about it you ugly freak!" the Creature screeched again at Luz as he fired again this time at the creature as it dodge some of the bullets to Luz this creature who or what ever it as King covered his head of hearing the loud sound of Luz's Chaingun firing at this monster it was fast but not fast enough to dodge a minigun as some of bullets were able scratched the monster as Luz could see blood coming from the creature, as screeched in pain then it did a big jumped and land on hooty then ran outside and disappeared out of Luz sight. Luz put his Gatling gun arm away as it turned back into his normal arm "King you okay?" he ran to the little demon who just saw his life flashed before his eyes as Luz picks him up and shakes him a little bit to snap him out of it "Luz you saved me!" he hugs the android tightly which Luz hugged him back "Hey, I don't let anything happen to my friends, but right now we've got a bigger problem" the two stopped hugging as they try to figure out what was that thing "Wait, do you think it got Eda!?" King soon realized they forgot about Eda, with no time to lose Luz put King on his head then ran back upstairs and started to make their way to Eda's room.
