𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 18 : 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬

It was almost the new year. Everyone was excited, they were about to head to Tokyo! Isn't that fun?

The girls were with Kouyou at her place. They were all fussing about what to wear. "What should I wear, Kouyou-sama?" Lynn asked. "You should wear a kimono, or a yukata, or a hakama. It doesn't really matter, wear what traditional clothing you feel like wearing." She said as she smiled. Lynn looked at Higuchi, who was looking through a lot of kimonos.

"I really want to impress Akutagawa-senpai..!!"

Lynn went to Higuchi and helped. The next day, They all got ready. The Port Mafia had had a limo, but Chuuya suggested to use normal cars. The male members used a car, While the other female members used a separate car.

Soon, they reached Tokyo. It was really crowded. They all were confused on where to go. But they planned their first destination would be a shrine.

"Well, Ane-san, which shrine are we heading to?"

Chuuya questioned the older female. The others looked at Kouyou for an answer. ".. Of course our usual shrine. Meiji Shrine." She replied, covering her chin with her kimono sleeve. They all nodded and headed to the shrine.

After a few hours, they finished visiting the shrine and went to the fireworks festival. It was very crowded. Indeed, more than thousands (or even millions) of people were there. Making the place hard to stick together. And the first person who got lost was Lynn herself.

She tried finding Kouyou, or Higuchi, but no success. "W-what am I going to do..?" She mumbled to herself. She looked around. It was hard to even get a view of the road. She mentally cursed herself for not being close to Kouyou or Higuchi while on the way there. Lynn walked to find anyone she knew. She was too caught up to finding at least someone, she tripped on a rock.

"Shit.."

She cursed as she looked at the small scar on her knee. She slowly got up and tried to walk. "Oi.." A voice called. Lynn turned around to only to be greeted by sapphire blue eyes. ".. Chuuya.." "Clumsy ass. Thank god its just a small scratch." Lynn only looked at him with a grumpy face. "Whatever!" She said, walking away from him.

"Oi, you can't get lost again. Besides, the countdown is about to start."

"EH?!"

She immediately ran to Chuuya and grabbed his hand. "Let's go!!" "Pfft, I thought you were injured." "Forget that!!"

The duo finally reached the others. "Ah, just in time!" Kouyou exclaimed, clasping her hands together. They sat on the ground together and let the countdown begin.

The small spark exploded in the air, lighting the night sky with vibrant colors of sparks. Lynn looked at the lights, every second comes a new one. It brought a smile on her face. She loved fireworks. Every year, she would usually see it with her family, now, she's watching it with the Port Mafia.

She's been with them for two years now, she grew close to everyone. She looked to the side as all the members looked up at the sky. She smiled. The view of every person smiling, it always made her feel happy to see one's smile. If they're happy, then she's happy too.
