Anyway, you are Eri's little sister/brother, I'm trying to make the pronouns they/them, but if I make it more pointed to one gender, just change the wording. Soon, you managed to escape with Eri, but...
I apologise for all of those who are males, but the majority of this will probably be for the pronoun she/her, though, I will try to make it more of a non-binary, with pronouns such as they. I'm sorry if I make it positioned for females more.

Nen: Emitter (thanks zyrichmakeo), she can speed up time, quite a lot like fast forward, but she controlled it so that specific things can speed up as well, her nen also makes it so that she is incredibly fast and strong, one kick can send someone flying. Kai chisaki also payed someone to train them to use each other's quirk for one of their nen abilities.

Y/N, Eri and their father were playing in the garden, they heard their mother/wife yell out to them to come in as dinner was ready. After dinner, which was Y/N's new favourite food, [your favourite food], their father reached out towards Eri to take her to bed, but a yellowish flash caught Y/N and their mother's attention, Eri was there, standing infront of their father's clothes. Their father was nowhere to be seen. Her quirk had come in.
Y/N was searching the floor, trying to find their missing father, when a flash of blue appeared, stopping their mother from yelling at Eri for her quirk.

Next thing their father had become, was ash and bone. Their mother had hated their guts for ages after that. Y/N was 3 at the time, their mother constantly emotionally and physically abused them, until she abandoned them, giving them to their grandfather.
Their grandfather soon became sick, he was in the hospital, Eri and Y/N were given to his second in command, Kai chisaki/Overhaul.
Overhaul abused both of them worse than their parents had, he trained their nen and their quirks, leaving them in a room with seeds and dirt, they were made to plant it, then Y/N had to fast forward the growing process of the seed, then Eri would rewind the process, and they would repeat.
They also did a process where each week, overhaul would take litres of their blood, and when they couldn't take it anymore, he would use his quirk to murder them and reshape their bodies to their original form.
They were an amazing duo, and created an amazing plan to escape.
They set the alarms off of the 'factory', threw some rocks in a direction of an exit, then went to the opposite side of the building, and went to that exit. Overhaul was close on their tail, but followed Eri, as he could user her blood to take away quirks from others, he didnt see where Y/N was, but he had Eri.
