Glued to you

The new girl

     The girl was staring at the boys with so much fear in her eyes. She was looking terrified until she looked me in the eyes. In that moment she just jumped up and pointed at Minho. "Hey, I know you. Your name is Minho" she said and all of us looked at the asian boy who looked more confused then ever. Everybody kept asking him if he recognized the girl but he was just staring at her. I could not decide if he was just admiring her or if he was just in shock. "Earth to Minho. You okay mate? Do you know the girl?" asked Newt concerned. Minho was still speechless and did not move. When he realised that Minho was not gonna move he started talking to the girl. "Greenie, you need any help getting out of there?" the girl just smiled and nodded to which Newt pushed Minho forward to help her out. After all this Newt grabbed my arm and dragged me away. With all the tension between Minho and the girl I did not even realise how pissed off Newt was. "Newt, look at me. What is going on? What happened?" I asked confused. "It's just, I don't know. I can't with this whole life anymore. I could lose you in any moment. I was alone for too long in here. You can't leave me" he answered looking frustrated. I hugged him and told him everything will be alright. He was just a hurt boy who needed a little more comfort. After a few minutes we parted ways and I decided to go and find the Greenie.

     "Hey there! How are you doing so far?" I asked. "Uhm what is this place? And who was that blonde boy? The one who dragged you away" she asked and I just smiled. She reminded me of myself when I arrived. "Well this is the Glade as we call it. And that guy was Newt. He is a nice one, you will see." I answered. We decided to continue our conversation while going for a walk around the Glade. The first person we spotted was none other then Newt who started smiling as he saw us. "Hey there girls. What are you up to?" he asked. "Well the Greenie wanted to get to know..." I wanted to continue but the girl cut in. "Jessica is my name darling so please don't call me Greenie." she said with a very angry tone. I just looked at Newt who looked as surprised as I was. We walked for a while longer and then we decided to call it a day.

Newt's p.o.v. 

     I could feel that Jessica was up to no good. I decided to keep an eye on her. As I was thinking and almost fell asleep I heard a girl's voice calling my name. "What is it?" I asked and turned to look at Jessica. "We need to talk" she said and dragged me outside all the way to the edge of the forest. She pulled out a knife and started talking "Look Newt, I really like you. And I really hope you do like me too." I started backing away and feeling a bit insecure. "Jessica, you know (Y/N) is my girlfriend right?" I asked to which she flashed an evil smile. "Well if that is what you want" and with this she stabbed me with the knife, a few times actually. "Enough. What do you want me to do?" I asked in pain. Then she threw the knife in front of me and told me to kill (Y/N). I knew I would never do that but I had to show her I was going to do what she asked me to do. After a while she left me there alone.

(Y/N)'s p.o.v.

     In the morning I was surprised to not be woken up by Newt's sweet voice. I got up and walked outside wondering what was going one. The others were standing next to something, or more like someone. As I walked closer I realised who it was. I dropped to my knees and the tears just started pouring out of my eyes. Newt was there, almost lifeless with many cuts on his body. I was kneeling next to him waiting for a sign of life from him. He started moving and opened his eyes after which he whispered "I am sorry". Clint and Jeff took him to the med bay. As I was about to go in I overheard their conversation "He is very injured. There is a big chance he might not survi..." said Clint but stopped when he saw me in the doorway. I turned around and started running towards the maze. Minho tried stopping me but I would not listen. I just ran as fast as I could. In the evening I could hear the gates of the Glade closing. I was all alone.

Newt's p.o.v.

     I opened my eyes and almost jumped out of bed. "Where is (Y/N)?" I asked. The two boys looked at me with sadness in their eyes "We are really sorry Newt." I stared at them confused "What the hell happened?" I asked. "Well she ran into the maze yesterday." said Jeff and when they saw that I did not understand Clint continued "She did not return until the gates closed."

(Y/N)'s p.o.v.

     I was in the stupid dark maze all alone. The Grievers were after me and I had no idea what to do. I tried to hide and wait for one Griever to get close to me. I killed it somehow and cut off it's spikes. That was the moment when I decided what I wanted to do. I needed Griever "sting". I walked somewhere relatively safe and did what had to be done.
