"Lex.. what did you do?" I spoke and held my puke in.
"What do you mean? I didn't do anything..." Her eyes wandered somewhere else.
I knew she was lying... why now? I wasn't ready for this...
"Please tell me what you did? Why am I like this?" I cried out to her. She knew what she did. She didn't want to admit it and she knew that I wasn't ready.
"I'm done. You don't want to tell me. Fine. I'm leaving." I stood up and walked out the door.
Before I could even walk out she grabbed my arm pulling me close. She teared up.
"I'm sorry. I am so sorry." She held me close.
I tried pulling away. She was too strong.
"It's not okay. Now... I may be pregnant. What are you going to do?" I looked at her.
"I don't know. Okay?" She looked away and stopped hugging me.
We stood there. Together for quite some time.
"Baby..." I spoke softly. "Regardless of what you did.. I still love you. And we can raise this child."
I saw her face light up. I smiled as did she.
Over the next couple of days we have been spending so much time together, going out to dinner and going bowling. I loved her so much. Then, it was a nice evening and we were at the park. She knelt down and pulled out a little black box.
"Alicia.. it's been two years. And honestly, I want to give you all of me. And I want you to give me all of you. I've never felt this way before. I want to give you my whole world. Will you marry me?" She said, her eyes were soft and honest.
My heart was beating, and huge smile was on my face. I looked at her and I accepted.
"Yes! yes of course i will. I love you so much." I squeeled.
Lex slid the ring on my finger and that's the fate that we met. We were going to start a family together and our chapter would be closed for another. Everything she did and say, it all left me Breathless.
