Jackson attempted to put a simple glamour over his eyes. Hopefully it worked, he thought, we'll see what they think. He dashed upstairs, and met quite the assortment of people. From what Clary and Jace told him, there was Simon and Izzy, Alec and Magnus, and Jace and Clary. She rushed up to him, and was hugging him. She looked so relieved. Maybe what I'm doing is wrong, he wondered. Nah! Sebastian is always right.
"You don't know how worried I was for you! I'm so glad you're okay!" She breathed out.
"Wow! You sound like my mom!" He said in return. "Sebastian is here," He lied, "And he's weakened. I managed to outsmart him. We outnumber him. I know where to go. This could finally be it!" He said to the group.
He was met with a chorus of cheers. He led them down the stairs, making no noise. When he was about to rush into the room where Sebastian was, he signaled for everyone to be quiet. Then he motioned for the rest of the group to go ahead into the room, making sure everyone managed to get inside. Then he locked the door behind him while everyone else was confronting Sebastian.
"Well well well. We meet again." He said slyly. "How has everyone been? Thirteen years can be a long time." While he said this, Jackson walked over and stood next to him, making everyone gasp.
"Jackson...are you okay?" Clary spoke first, hesitant to say anything.
"Never better!"
"Then why are you over there?" Simon asked.
"Don't you see it? Sebastian has shown me power like nothing else. He is the winning team. The very best." He said this last part while he was looking at Sebastian with admiration. He conjured up two black katanas, which caused a lot of gasps around the group and slid them into his weapons belt. "He's a WARLOCK?!?!" Magnus said. Then he procured a demon-metal whip, which he held in his left hand. "Join us. Or else." Sebastian had produced a long demon-metal blade, which he was holding, ready to strike.
The group was looking at each other nervously.
"Never!" They screamed, and lunged at the two.
