Chiyu's Ending

(Y/N)’s POV

I think I’ve finally made my decision. I know exactly who to pick. I have to head to her house right away. I can’t waste any time.

Hephaestus Tower, 8 PM

I stood on the lobby floor of the Hephaestus Tower.
It was a long ride on the bus to this place. It’s amazing how she manages to do this all the time.

I entered the elevator and went up to the penthouse suite. I’m worried about what will happen next.
As I exited the elevator, I took a deep breath and knocked on the suite door.

As expected, Chiyu opened the door, with an upset look on her face.

“Chiyu,” I said to her.

“Come closer… I can’t hear you,” she told me.

I leaned closer, and Chiyu gave me two slaps on my face, at full force. I jumped back, surprised, cheeks burning.

“Ow, what the hell, Chiyu?” I exclaimed.

“You scared me, (Y/N). I thought you wouldn’t choose me, that I’d have to see you with those other two, and I’d be totally distraught.”

Chiyu started to tear up, and covered her face with her hands.

I cautiously walked up to her and hugged her tightly.
“It’s okay, Chiyu. I’ve decided to stay with you, and only you.”

“I-I’m actually so happy. I’m also still upset that it had to be this close, but we did it…”

Chiyu then walked inside her penthouse and stood atop a chair.
“Now, you know what time it is?!” she shouted. “It’s time to TAKE OVER ZA WARUDO!”

“Oh... “ I looked at her, confused. “Us together? Take over the world?”

“With you, I, and the rest of Raise A Suilen, it’ll be easy!” Chiyu told me.

“Did someone say Raise A Suilen?” Masuki said from behind me suddenly.

“I’m here too! Pant, pant…” Pareo also spoke up, who was behind Masuki, out of breath.

“And us too!” Rokka said, who was also with Rei.

“Layer, you’re back!” Chiyu said. “So, how was your little trip?”

Rei looked around. “We can talk all about my trip some other time.
I overheard your little conversation with (Y/N) there, as did everyone else.”

“Everyone else in Japan…” Masuki said. “Lower the volume, CHU²!”

“Sorry,” Chiyu apologized. “I was just too excited, y’know?”

“I’ll be here to help you both,” Pareo said, bowing down to me.

I blushed. It isn’t every day that a girl this cute bows down to you.

Chiyu lightly punched me. “Stop blushing, you perv.”

“I’m sorry, Chiyu,” I told her. “So, what do we do next?”

“Like I said, we take over the world,” she responded. “Who’s with me?”

All of the band raised their fists in the air and chanted a collective “yeah”.

I decided to join in. Who knows what she means by that, but I’m all for it. Chiyu certainly has the passion to make anything happen.
I’m nervous, but let’s see how she does it.

I held onto Chiyu’s hand.
She blushed deep red, but didn’t seem to mind.

“You and I, watch. We’ll be the new rulers of Raise A Suilen’s new world! Everyone’s going down, right underneath us!”

I chuckled. How is Chiyu gonna ‘take over the world’...?

A Few Months Later…

“Raise A Suilen! The greatest band of all time! Remember our name, everywhere you go,” I yelled through a loudspeaker.

Can’t believe Chiyu’s got me on recruitment duty to find people to spread the word of the band on the busy streets of Tokyo.

Whatever, it’s time to stop already. I’ve been told to head to Chiyu’s penthouse right about now. Finally, the sun’s about to set, and I dislike crowds.

Later, at Hephaestus Tower…

Another long bus ride…
Why couldn’t Masuki just let me use her motorcycle?

The door to Chiyu’s penthouse was open, so I went in, but not without knocking first, of course.
Chiyu was sitting at the sofa, drinking something out of some sort of glass.

“Sit,” she said. “Oh, did that sound like a command? Sorry, I mean, sit, (Y/N).”

That didn’t help, but I did as she said, and sat down on the sofa next to her.

“Want a drink?” she pointed at a wine glass in front of me.

“Um, I’ll.. pass. Is that…?”

“Wine,” Chiyu responded. “I’m a big girl, and I get to make big girl decisions.”

Right then, Pareo came out from the back room and held a carton of grape juice in her hands.
“Want more, CHU²-sama?”

“Gaaaah, Pareo, worst timing!” Chiyu shouted. “I-I mean, no thanks…”

She bowed, turned and smiled at me, and walked off.

“Grape juice?” I remarked. “Knew it wasn’t actually wine.”

“Oh… stop it,” Chiyu said. “I tried, anyway. I told you to come, so I could say I’m sorry!”

I was confused. “Sorry for what?”

“Slapping you, and being so mean. I really do appreciate having you here. These last few months, I’ve been closer and closer to you, and I love it.”

Wow, Chiyu suddenly got serious. I like this side of her a lot.

“It's okay, Chiyu. Our band has improved so much. It makes me very proud to be alongside you.”

Chiyu blushed red.  “Th-that's nice, coming from you…”

I smiled at her. “Tamade Chiyu. Let’s keep giving it our all!”

Although Chiyu can be slightly difficult, she’s lovable, and again, very dedicated to her band. With Pareo by her side too, we’ll be absolutely fine!

Raise A Suilen might actually take over the world. I don’t think that’s a bad idea.
First, we conquer Japan with our sound, then everywhere else! 
We’ll be worldwide!

Wow, I’m sounding a lot like Chiyu. She’s rubbing off on me!
Luckily, I’m not short at all. Sorry to all the short people out there.

Well, it’s time for me to head back with Chiyu.
What could she possibly want with me? I’m not sure, but whatever it is, I’ll be absolutely fine, alongside my Chiyu, and her amazing band, Raise A Suilen!
