Breakup?

Now they are 3rd years in Highschool, Y/n and Atsumu are still dating.

They were going to celebrate their 2nd anniversary. There were only 2 months left of school and y/n didn't know but she was pregnant with Atsumu's child. She was scared to tell him and doubts started filling her head. What if he leaves me? What if he won't accept me? I will be all alone again.. I don't want that.

She was thinking of aborting the child secretly but she thought about how it wasn't the child's fault. Atsumu has a goal in life to become a great volleyball player and to play in the nationals and y/n thought if he found out she was pregnant then it would be a bother to him, so she decided to break up with him. She knew it was not a good choice but it was the only way she could see him at the top.

Today was the last day of school and they were graduating and y/n was going to do it. For the past few days, she had been very clingy to Atsumu not that he didn't like it but he was worried. She walked to Atsumu and he was talking to his friends.

She tapped his shoulder. "Atsumu meet me at the cherry blossom tree after you're done, okay?" Y/n said. Atsumu was shocked that his girlfriend didn't call him Tsumu or any other pet names.

He was confused and worried that something bad might happen. He walked to the cherry blossom tree and saw you staring at the tree. This is where he confessed his love for y/n and where he wanted to marry her but things did take a turn.

"Hello, pretty lady!" Atsumu said startling you.

You saw him and jumped to kiss him, you didn't pull back until you were breathless.

"Woah! That's something ya don't see every day." He said surprised.

Y/n hugged him and he hugged back.

"You okay?" He asked.

"Mm I just want to stay like this for a while," Y/n answered.

They stayed like that for a while and y/n pulled back and she put both of her hands on his face to kiss him again.

"Tsumu I love you." She said looking at him.

"I love you too but yer scaring me did something' happen?" He asked again.

She kissed him again and told herself that it was the last time and she can do it.

She took both of her hands off him and took a deep breath. "Tsumu thank you for being in my life for the past 3 years, but let's end here and go our separate ways," Y/n said looking down.

Atsumu's eyes widened, he was so shocked that he didn't know what to say. "What" was all he could say, still looking at her with his eyes wide open.

"Let's...Let's break up." She said her voice cracking a bit, still looking down tears falling off her eyes.

"What do you mean Stop joking y/n.....I can't go on without you though." He said, his voice cracking.

"I..I'm sorry tsumu you need to reach your goal." Y/n said.

"But I can't without you! there will still be something missing in my life.

You're the love of my life!" Atsumu said, putting his hand on his heart.

"NO! You can do better than me..You can find someone *sniffs* who loves you more than me.." Y/n said balling her eyes out.

Atsumu lifted y/n's head and looked at her, her eyes were flooding with tears.

"I can't." He said almost whispering. Y/n wiped her tears.

"I'm sorry Tsumu, I'll be there to always cheer you on and you'll need to remember I'm always watching you. Continue volleyball for me, Alright?." She said before quickly kissing him and running away.

Atsumu didn't even bother to run after her because he knew she would never take him back. He was so sad but he still smiled on the outside. His teammates waiting to cheer him for proposing to her were also in tears.
