Hyerin's POV
"Lee Hyerin if you skip practice one more time, I'm going to tell your grandfather about it." The coach angrily shouted at me as I looked down feeling bad for letting him down. "But coach-" I needed to explain why I missed practices but I honestly couldn't find a major reason. All I did was hang out with Sunghoon whenever I missed practice. He was the one who'd blackmail me with things but I never regretted spending time with him.
"But what Hyerin? I won't accept this kind of ignorance from you again. Now practice until I let you go." I sighed giving up knowing it won't be off any use quarreling with him even though I felt really angry at the moment. I was gonna turn off my phone when I saw Sunghoon's text which just seemed to worsen the situation.
Sunghoon : I've two tickets to the movies, wanna come?
Me : Can you stop being so clingy?
I was furious and frustrated. Without seeing his reply, I just turned off my phone and wore my skates getting inside the rink. The practice was painful. It was full of anger and violence and I felt myself falling a couple times while doing the triple axel. I got so angry at myself at a point for not being able to get the move that I promised myself to keep practicing until I gave up.
It was about 11pm at night when I fell on the floor, exhausted for practicing so much. Coach had stayed with me the entire time and honestly started worrying since I wouldn't stop even after he told me. I needed to bring myself back again. Bring the top skater back.
Panting heavily I held my legs which pained due to the shoe as I took it off slowly. My feet were all swollen and I could barely walk now. But I had to go home. My teacher took his leave at first as I followed him limping my way outside the school.
To my surprise I saw Park Sunghoon waiting outside for me while rubbing his hands together due to the cold. I rolled my eyes and turned to the other side and slowly walked painfully. "Hyerin-ah!" Sunghoon shouted as his voice irritated me slightly. I sighed and continued without looking at him even once.
"What happened Hyerin? Why are you neglecting me again?" I still didn't react to him. I was too disappointed at myself and just wanted to go home and cry.

The girl looked miserable as she lightly stepped forward everytime. She wouldn't even answer if I call out to her. What happened now? Oof I ran up to her and stood in front of her causing her to finally put a stop. "Leave me alone Sunghoon. I don't want to be with anyone." She weakly said as I noticed something was indeed wrong.
