Adrien sighed as he looked around the large but empty hotel room; it had been a few months since he left his house to get away from his father who he found out was Hawk Moth, and was trying to get Ladybug and Chat Noir's Miraculous in order to revive his comatose wife.

"Come on kid," a voice said, snapping him out of his thoughts, Adrien turned his head to see his black kwami flying towards him holding a piece of cheese, "time to go to pigtails' place for me to get my cheese puffs."

"Plagg," Adrien groaned in disbelief, "is there ever a time you don't think without your stomach?"

"Uh, no..." Plagg denied "of course not!"

"Sure," Adrien replied, "I bet you just want an excuse to see Tikki." Ever since he and Marinette found out about their secret identities, they've been letting their kwamis out to hang out with each other.

"Well, maybe sometimes," Plagg admitted, "now let's go, you're supposed to learn a new recipe today."

"Alright, alright," Adrien chuckled as Plagg flew into his shirt pocket taking another piece of cheese. Marinette's parents had been a wonderful support, even though they didn't know the details about Adrien's dispute with his father, they were very supportive of him and taught him basic skills to get things off his mind. Over the past few months, Adrien had been going over to Marinette's house for dinner at least a few times per week, if not every day. Much to her parent's delight he had wanted to help out with housework and chores, which Sabine gladly taught him. He gladly took tom's offer to teach him how to cook and bake, a new recipe once a week.

"Adrien, you're here!" Sabine greeted the blonde as he stood outside their apartment door, "Tom's waiting for you in the kitchen."

Marinette's family was one Adrien always dreamed of having. A loving family where both parents clearly loved him and would support him in all parts of life; a family that would see each other every day and bring joy and happiness to each other.

"I hear lover boy is cooking with your parents today," Alix stated, the girls were at the Couffaine houseboat once again, which basically became their meet up spot outside of school.

"Oh right!" Marinette gasped, "I forgot that was today."

"Haven't you only been dating for a few months?" Alya asked, "I'm surprised you're not spending 24/7 with him."

"Oh please," Marinette chuckled, "if I spent all my time with him, I wouldn't have any time with you girls, besides, you don't spend all your time with Nino and Mylène doesn't spend all her time with Ivan."

The couple had decided to make sure they had a balance of spending time with each other and spending time alone or with friends. It would be unhealthy if they were together all the time, not to mention, they did not want to get caught up in the press. Gabriel had already disapproved of their friendship claiming Marinette was a bad influence, much to her dismay. If their relationship got out on the tabloids who knows what Gabriel would do.

"I'm surprised Chloé isn't here today," Rose pointed out as she looked around the living room, "She's usually here for you know who."

"I think he's starting to like her too," Mylène commented

True, Luka seemed to have grown fond of Chloé, it seemed that her determination to change made him start to fall for her.  "Oh please," Juleka groaned, "don't remind me." She still wasn't used to the brat, well former brat liking her brother.

Sure Chloé still had a bratty personality at times but as she opened up last summer and apologized, she became friendlier to everyone and even spent some time in each of her classmate's shoes, except for Lila, doing an activity they enjoyed. For Kim, it had been swimming, for Alix it was roller-skating, Chloé and Alya worked together to get content for ladyblog, she listened to music with Juleka and Rose, worked on designs with Marinette, hosted a DJ session with Nino, took art lessons from Nathaniel, worked on a science experiment with Max, and spent a few hours with Mylène and Ivan. Chloé even went as far as attending a practice session of fencing to get to know Kagami more.
