Chapter Twelve: Double Dates

"Finally," Marinette breathed a sigh of relief holding the seahorse miraculous, "time to return this baby to the guardian and return home."

"Do we have to return right away?" Adrien pouted, "I kind of want to stay and explore a bit more, maybe visit some of our friends as well."

"Yes, please stay," Mei chirped, "the two of you definitely need some private time together."

"Alright," Marinette gave in, it certainly would be nice to have a few extra days together

Once the trio returned to London Marinette immediately met up with the Celtic guardian

"Hmm," the guardian frowned inspecting the necklace, "this is indeed the seahorse miraculous, I have to admit it's amazing you were able to find it in such a short amount of time."

"Well, I had some help," Marinette chuckled nervously

"I don't know what it is but something still feels off," the guardian sighed, "as if there is a threat to another miraculous."

"What other miraculouses are missing?" Marinette asked, just how many missing miraculouses were there?

"The swan miraculous is probably the most powerful miraculous missing," the guardian told her, "given the time constraint we understand if you aren't able to completely retrieve it but if you can try to find out where it is

It turns out the swan miraculous was in the form of a hair tie and exemplified grace and beauty. The wielder of the miraculous would be able to purify souls, but if used in the wrong hands they could also corrupt them.

Marinette approached Mei and Adrien with a look of defeat on her face, "Looks like we have the wrong miraculous," she sighed, "the one we were supposed to focus on was the swan miraculous."

"Wow," Adrien blinked, "I can't say I expected that." A part of him was disappointed

"Guess it's time to go back to our research," Mei piped, "but I think it's best we take a break first, we had a rough couple of days."

"You're right," the bluenette nodded, "we'll get back to it tomorrow."

"Well I'm beat," Adrien yawned slinking his arm around her, "can't wait to cuddle with you again."

"Adrien!" Marinette gasped feeling a blush creep upon her face, how could he be so embarrassing?

"You two are so sweet," Mei giggled, "come on let's go back."

Felix opened a door in his room which led him to the room next door "Oh h-hey Kagami," he blushed still recovering from the embarrassing events of the morning a few days ago

"H-Hi," she stuttered looking away also feeling awkward from the situation

"Sorry about the other day," Felix mumbled, "I guess I act kind of strange when I wake up." Honestly he wasn't sure what was going on, was he dreaming or subconsciously doing something weird while he was still half asleep?

"It's okay," Kagami shrugged not sure about how to feel, "can't say that anything has happened like this before."

I would hope not, Felix thought to himself, "uh anyways did you want to do something today? You know like explore London? I can show you around," he offered.

"Well I never got a chance to explore the city," Kagami disclosed, last time she was here with Adrien he had spent the whole time trying to find a pharmacy that they never got to do anything else.

"If it makes you more comfortable you can invite your friends," Felix suggested, "meaning my cousin and his girlfriend."

"I don't know if they want us to interrupt their alone time," Kagami hesitated, "it would be fun to catch up with them, maybe you can get to know Marinette better too."
