It's her special day (part 1)

The Gomez family arrived at the beach resort earlier in the morning before Dawn's special day.

They haven't got time to roam around the place since everyone was tired after long hours of driving.

All went straight to their rooms and fell asleep in instant.

Later that day...

Richard and their kids eventually woke up to prepare a special breakfast for their dearest mama.

It was fun to have the whole family inside the kitchen while they were all preparing food and kids goofing around with each other.

"Papa! Paul keeps on eating the icing!" Sofia complained t.

"Hindi ako ah, yung twins yun," Paul defended himself, "Oh, see!"

He showed them the cute little hands of the twins which were covered in chocolate icing.

"Yeah 'coz you made them feed it to you, takaw mo! That's for Mama eh!"

"Ingay ng Ate niyo," Paul suddenly wiped Sofia some icing—with the help of the twins of course.

"You want to play ha!" Sofia returned the action.

It started with Paul and Sofia until they let Basty and the twins joined in their silliness.

"Pst! That's enough. Too loud, baka magising si mama," Hope tried to stop them but Sofia and Paul made sure to cover her face with icing too, "Ay kasali pala ako!"

"Oh wala na tayong icing nyan' naubos niyo na!" Richard laughed while watching his kids.

All of them looked at each other while grinning as if their minds and thoughts suddenly be united.

Once Hope dropped the signal, they ran fast towards their papa and cornered him so they can wipe his face with some icing too.

"Nako, is that chocolate? That's enough, kapag nakita ako ng mama niyo baka hindi makapag-pigil yun."

Richard's line made them laughed as he tried wiping them more icing—as if kids weren't covered enough.

"Kids?!" They heard in the distance which caused them all to stop.

"Mama's awake na, get ready," Hope told her siblings and so they quickly moved, "Papa, ready the candles."

"Gomz? Babe, where are you all?" Dawn asked again and sounded like she was looking for them in the living room.

"Love, I'm here at the kitchen," Richard called his wife.

Hope and Basty were already holding the cake while Richard lighted the candles. Sofia and Paul had the party poppers in their hands, which leaves us with the twins holding a white box wrapped in a golden ribbon.

As soon as Dawn stepped inside, they all greeted her a "Happiest Birthday, Mama!"

She gets surprised when they popped the party poppers as the confetti started falling from the ceiling.

"Thank you, my babies!" She said with her eyes gleaming as turned her attention to her family,"What happened to your faces?"

"We needed to give our best shot for this, Mama. Those are just proofs of our efforts," Sofia smiled at her.

"Blow your candle, Mama," Hope and Basty offered her the cake.

A smile that was painted on Richard's lips couldn't be removed while he was recording everything.
