It's her special day (part 3)

Later in the afternoon, Richard and Dawn's kids had fallen into a deep sleep after their tiring day at the beach.

The couple then decided to take that chance for some alone time and just walked around the shore with their bare feet.

Hand in hand, side by side. Just like the old times, just like how they used to do.

It was literally like they had rented the whole island because aside from the personnels and staffs of the resort, they were the only guest at that time.

"Babe, have you put the barriers on the twin's crib before we left?" Dawn suddenly asked.

She was a bit worried that they might forget to do it which Richard can instantly recognize by her tone.

"Yes love, I've checked it before we left. I even ask Paul to look after them since medyo gising na siya nung paalis tayo."

"Si Basty? Did you put on his—"

"Love, okay na lahat. You don't have to worry about anything." Richard assured his wife then placed his arms above her shoulders. "I double-checked everything, takot ko lang sayo."

"You can't blame me, babe. I got so worried kanina." She sighed then tighten her grip on Richard's waist.

"I know, and I shouldn't let you feel that. Sorry again, my love." He gently planted a soft kiss on her temple. "Love, alone time natin ito stop worrying na, okay."

Dawn just nodded at him before cupping his face while gently rubbing it down to his jaw.

"Ang kulit naman kasi ng bunso natin noh." He suddenly said making his wife giggles as she agrees with him.

"They are starting to get naughty too!"

"Mana na sa mga kapatid nila, kaka-one-year-old pa nga lang nil—"

"Anong kaka-one-year-old pa lang!" She cut him off then pinched her husband's nose. "They'll turn 2 this coming May, mister!"

"Mag-two years old na ba sila love?" Richard suddenly comes to think of it, how fast time flies.

"Opo! You're getting old na talaga, papa." Dawn smiled while hugging him on his side.

"Edi love, pwede na pala." He looked at her with his usual naughty smirk.

"Anong pwede na?"

"Pwede na nating sundan."

"Anong sundan! Hindi na, tama na noh!"

"Hindi pa kumpleto ang basketball team natin, mahal."

"Ewan ko sayo, Gomz!"

"Halika na love, we have to start early. May quota pa tayo!"

"Babe?!" Dawn gently slapped Richard on his chest when he quickly scooped her feet off from the ground.

"I'm only joking love, you are all enough for me." He owned her lips then continued walking while he carries his wife in his arms.

Dawn instantly wrapped her arms around his neck while gently rubbing his nape then rest her head on his chest.

"And besides, sa kanila pa nga lang love, hirap na akong masolo ka."

"Oh, ano gusto mo pa?" She giggles as she played with their hands.

The couple spends hours on the shore, just savoring each other and their time together. While they can do whatever they want without worrying about their kids.
