STORM

Chapter. 6

STORM'S POV

     Somehow, the twins came and Aldrie and they were able to seperate them. I was dragged away into the parking lot and my breathing began to hasten. I continuously inhaled the cold breeze as the laughing and chatting from several students on the field right beside their cars filled my ears.

"Are you okay?" The voice sounded so familiar. I looked up to see Aldrie staring at me, hesitantly waiting for a response.

"Yeah" that was all I could let out.

She pressed the button on his key to open the doors and the beep noise that came from the car caught my attention.

"Get in" her voice was so firm and there was a definite "no asking questions tone in his voice". I really wasn't going to anyways.

We both got in and luckily I got in right before I felt my legs give up. She started the car and without wasting anymore time, we were out of the school and on the road.

I tried to put everything together and how it all happened so quickly. The awkward silence went on for several minutes and soon I realized he wasn't going to break it, so I did.

"How did you know I was there?" I asked, a little more relaxed.

"I didn't" she replied in a sharp tone, her eyes fixed closely on the road.

From the little I knew, I didn't know much about them all but thought they got together quite well. Although Edcin was a very good soccer player, he really needed some attitude fix.

I looked over towards the window and although there was enough air in the car. I still felt so chocked but was really worried about leaving Laren and Edcin with the twins.

"Turn left at Avalon street and stop the car, I'll get home from there" I said

"Address?" She asked without taking in what I said.

"I'm taking you home and that's final, once again. Your address?" She asked for the first time since the car started  she glanced over to look at me and it was written all over her eyes. The anger was quite evident but what made her so angry.

"No 10" I replied back and after some minutes of silence

She picked up her phone and dialled a number. "They took seperate cars?, Okay that's good. You take Laren home and leave Edcin with Jake. I'll be at there right away" she ended the call as we got closer to the street

"I'm so sorry for what happened back there. It's evident Edcin was not in his right mind. They'll all be okay but he wasn't the right one to be sent. Just get some rest" we got to my house and she waved at me when I got down

I was so lost in thought from what she said. I didn't understand what she meant by wasn't the right one to be sent. Was this planned? Or is there something else about all of them I don't know about?

And before I could say anything else, she drove off without saying anything else. I really didn't want to be the reason they would quarrel but I was way more confused than any of them were. What a long day
