Picture of Jamie's house. Isn't it beautiful? Want to add cast members to the story, but don't know how to. Another update!
Jamie and Aaliyah arrived at her house after stopping at the Quick Mart to buy some snacks seeing that her father didn't bother to leave any food for her to eat. She shook her head feircely. Countless times, her father has told her he doesn't like her because she is just like her mother who was nothing like he said she was. Her mother was sweet, very maternal, understanding just like a best friend. Aaliyah went to the kitchen to heat the frozen pizza they bought while Jamie got the drinks ready. Meanwhile, the television was on and a familiar person flashed on the screen: It was her mother. She quickly put down the cups she were carrying and jumped into the couch. "Ali!" I yelled, " Come see this!"
They sat watching the TV intently at the interview that was on the TV, it was her mother who just became the proud CEO of Love and Live. Love and Live is a clothing line that her mother started and expanded into store fronts and into malls, like the Mall of America. Jamie has want that collection ever since she saw the preview of the clothing line on ABC two weeks ago. Ali sat there speechless gaping at the TV. "Oh my god!", Ali screamed. They were both screaming now. Jamie was proud of her mother. She had been secretly seeing her mother with Ali every weekend ever since Jamie found out where her mother lived. Her mother lived in a district, New Bay, which was an hour's drive away. The pizza! Ali ran to the oven, and retrieved the pizza was a little burnt around the crust, but they decided to eat it anyway. You can't waste good food! They took the food up to her room.
They sat on her queen sized bed, with a table pulled up at the foot of the bed. Ali broke the silence. "Why was Sean staring at you? I don't get it" she said. "I don't even know how to answer that question" I said. "Maybe he likes what he sees" I joked. Ali laughed so hard, she sounded like a fish catching air! "Whoa, there, Ali!" "Calm down, it was just a joke!" I said, but she laughed a little more then she stopped. "Yeah, right!" Ali said between breaths. "Ali, stop!" I pleaded. A few more hours went by, when Ali said she had to head home. "Bye, love you!" I yelled. "Love you too!" Ali yelled back.
I went back up to my room and took a long shower then put on my favourite pyjama which was a white and black boy shorts and a tank top that says " Dream and believe". I plopped myself on my bed thinking about what happened in the cafeteria. Why was he staring at me? Why did his eyes look so pained and lost yet his face remained expressionless? He had no idea his eyes were a dead give away no matter how hard he tried to kept an expressionless face. I pondered these thoughts for a while. I did my homework, brushed my teeth and went to bed, deep in thought.
The next morning, I woke up, some what refreshed. I picked out a light pink cotton top with a pocket on my right breast, and pair of black skinny jeans and my new leather boots and a biker jacket to finish the look. I did a slightly smoky eye and a glossy lip and I put my hair up into a sleek ponytail. Perfect! I got in the shower and got dressed quickly. I made a turkey sandwich and went outside only to see Ali waiting for me. "Well, you took your sweet damn time getting ready!" Ali exclaimed. "I'm a girl aren't I?" I said, laughing. "Let's just go to school already!" Ali said. What's wrong with her? "Umm, Ali, what's wrong?" I asked her as we walked to school. "Alex is what's wrong" she replied. "Damn psycho" she muttered under her breath, loud enough for me to hear. "Alex is literally stalking me!" she yelled. Alex was her on and off boyfriend. We made it to school. The first person we saw was Alex. "What the hell do you want from me?" Ali yelled. "Get away from me!" "You" he simply answered.
"You".
There you go another chapter and a cliff hanger. In case you're wondering, Alex is an ex juvie convict and Aaliyah doesn't know because he finds it hard to open up. More drama to come! Vote, comment, encourage me!
