Feyre set us down next to where the thirteen and Dorian had made camp. They had apparently detected our arrival though because they were all pointing their blades at us.
Feyre began to fall, and I moved to catch her before she hit the ground, leaning her against me.
"Manon quit it with the blades and help me here."
"Aelin?" I looked up to see her gaping at me.
"What part of help do you not understand?" I just snapped back.
Rowan took her out of my arms and asked if there was a place for her to lay, Manon just inclined her head.
"So, who is she?" Manon asked as we walked through their camp, it looked a lot larger than what she would need for the thirteen but I didn't have the energy to question.
"Her name is Feyre, she's from another world and she is going to give half of her life to the lock. She is Deanna's heir."
"Dorian is in the forest trying to shapeshift again, when he gets back you two should talk."
"When Feyre waked up they should talk, she can wield all of the elements as well as a few more things, including shapeshifting."
Manon raised an eyebrow at me but didn't ask about it, leading us into a slightly larger tent than the others dotted around. Rowan lay Feyre down gently and then asked the question I had been wondering.
"Why is this camp so big?"
Manon slightly smiled "Most of this is Crochan, oh and it turns out that I am also a queen."
"Great, three queens in one tent, this is going to end well." I gave Manon a wicked grin but she was just frowning
"Last I checked there were only two queens"
"Feyre is a queen as well, sort of."
"You can't sort of be a queen Aelin!"
"Feyre is a High Lady, she is extremely powerful and rules over her court with her mate, whatever they say becomes law. Or that's what Rhys told me."
"Who the hell is Rhys?" Manon was looking more and more bewildered by the second, and that is saying something, she rarely ever shows any emotion.
"Rhys is her mate and a High Lord; he is still in their home world."
"You realise how stupid you sound right?"
"Would you two please stop arguing, my body is in enough pain without you giving me a headache." Feyre's voice was no more than a croak, I knelt down next to her.
"Hey, you doing ok?" I kept my voice to a near whisper
"I think I tried going too far with too many people, this has happened to Rhys before."
"Is there anything I can do to help?" I wasn't too sure anything could help, other than sleep.
"No, it's ok, I got it." her entire body began to glow until I had to shield my eyes. When I looked back she was smiling at me.
"Don't suppose you could help me up, I've done as much as I can but it still hurts."
I slipped an arm under her shoulders and stood her up, helping her to walk along.
"You two need to go and meet the Hearth Mother" Manon looked like she didn't want us too but she wasn't being given a choice
"we need to forge this damn lock so I can go home, I have a war to fight too you know." Feyre muttered under her breath
I was about to answer but my name rang out, I turned to see Dorian walking towards us, I didn't give him a chance to talk
"Dorian, I need to the keys, now."
"I'm sorry, what."
"I am forging the lock with Feyre and ending this."
"but it will kill you!"
"What part of with Feyre did you not get, it won't kill me."
He placed all three slithers of stone in my hand and I turned to Feyre
"Are you ready to go home?"
