When Hisoka slowly opened his eyes to the sun shining through his apartment, he got up off the couch and walked into the bedroom to see Illumi passed out on the bed. The thought of last night's events played in his mind. "Hmph. That was quite a night," he groaned, rubbing his sleepy eyes. Illumi stirred in his sleep and began to awaken a little too.

"Mmmm, Hisoka?" he asked.

"Yeah?"

"I don't want to get up," mumbled Illumi. "It's too early."

"I guess there technically isn't anything we need to get up for but we should go to the mall today and buy you your own clothes. Don't get me wrong, it's fun sharing outfits with you but I need my sweatshirts back," laughed Hisoka.

"Mmmm, yeah ok," stirred Illumi. He pulled the blanket up over his head. "It's too bright in here, I'm going back to bed. If you wake me up anytime before 11, I'll hang you on the wall like a deer head."

"Jeez," laughed Hisoka. "Who knew the oldest son of the Zoldyck family was such a grumpy morning person."

"Whatever," sighed Illumi. "Is there a way to make it darker in here?"

"I can't just prevent the sun from coming in Illumi," joked Hisoka.

"So uh- are there any good malls in the area?"

"Yeah a ton! And don't worry about cost, I promised you that Heaven's Arena would provide me with all the money we need."

"I still hate to have you constantly paying for me though. Maybe I should ask my father for a new assassin assignment, a person with a heavy bounty on their heads always pays well."

"Well there's really no need too, and besides I thought you weren't gonna do assassinating anymore."

"Hisoka, we've already had this conversation. I can't just stop doing missions, my family will come for me."

"But you told me yourself that it doesn't make you happy," Hisoka frowned.

"My happiness doesn't matter, we just need to survive and the easiest way of survival is just making sure my family is off my back."

"Bu-" Hisoka was ready to argue but Illumi got out from under the blankets and walked to the bathroom, clearly he was done with this conversation. Hisoka got up as well and walked to the kitchen, pouring some cereal into a bowl and sitting down with the newspaper. His previous fight from the night before was on the headline and a photo of him standing over his opponent's unmoving body was under the title.

"Pfft, they got my bad side," he huffed. Meanwhile in the bathroom, Illumi stuck some needles in his face to change his appearance. His hair turned platinum blonde but he kept it the same short length. Then he put some needles in his arms to appear a little bigger and stronger. He didn't like changing his appearance but if they were going out in public, he knew he couldn't afford to be recognized.

Stepping into the kitchen Illumi walked over and sat across from Hisoka. Hisoka looked up at Illumi and nearly spit out his water.

"Woah! I almost didn't recognize you," he laughed. "You want some breakfast?"

"That's ok," sighed Illumi. "Let's just get going."

"Oh come one, eat something first," nagged Hisoka.

"I once went four months living off of just water for assassin training," glared Illumi. "I think I'll be fine skipping one meal."

"Whatever," groaned Hisoka. He took out his phone and called the receptionist, one of the perks of being a Heaven's Arena champion was that you had private drivers. So you could go anywhere at any time and they'd drive you.
