"steve baby i'm okey i promise." you whined at your super solider alpha of a boyfriend. one of your best friends came into town so of course you wanted to see him, and this friend just so happened to be an alpha as well. steve was totally fine with you going up until that little detail slipped out.

"i said no. now stop asking." steve said blankly as he scrolled through channels on y'all's tv. it's not like he didn't trust kylie (your friend) on the contrary actually they got along great, but your heat was due any day now and he didn't want you anywhere he wasn't. were y'all mated? obviously for several years now and not even that but your wedding was last year, but your his omega and he doesn't want any slimy alphas around during such a venerable time.

you stood there and grumbled something under your breath which made steve raise an eyebrow at you. "what was that?" he asked coldly and stood up walking over to you, his eyes were glazed over with lust as his giant frame overcame your own.

you knew he would've taken you right there and damn that thought turned you on beyond, but he just got back from a mission and was extremely exhausted so after giving you a kiss on the head he went back to y'all's bed and laid down. there was no way you wouldn't see your friend today, you just needed a plan and damn did you have one.

you wanted for steve to fall asleep, before hopping up and getting ready as fast as you could. your friend would be at y'all's favorite coffee shop around 1:30 which gave you 30 minutes to get there so you had to hurry. you slipped on leggings and one of steve's shirts that overwhelmingly smelled like him. "this'll keep other alphas away." you thought to yourself before you grabbed your keys and took off out the tower.

"y/n!" your friend jason yelled out as he spotted you walking through the coffee shops door. you gave a small shriek of excitement before running over to him and embracing in a long and tight hug.

"shut. up." you said and grabbed his phone. the picture was he and his boyfriend right after jason proposed to him. "you got the guts!" you said and slid his phone over again.

"damn right i did. and you better believe you're the best woman." jason smiled at you as you started to tear up. " it would be an honor." you said before you asked him a million questions about how he did it.

you had planned to be home around 4....it was 6:30 and you two were still talking to each other. it wouldn't have been a problem if:
A) steve knew you were there
B) the scent of steve around you was building an overwhelming heat within you
C) you could clearly tell there were other alphas looking at you right now with hungry eyes
