Let Me In (COMPLETED)

Chapter Six.

Myst got shocked seeing him with his boys along with the police. And she knows what's the next thing that was gonna happen.

That's why she thinks she needs to do what must be done.

But as soon as she take a step forward, Sunghoon blocked her and looked at the guy who seems to be the owner of the museum, the guy that scares Myst, Mr. Choi.

"See, officer? They kidnapped my daughter!" Mr. Choi suddenly blurted out which made the others raise their eyebrows, specially Myst.

How dare he lie... She thought.

"You are all at a legal age, am I right? Why are you doing this?" The officer said and tried to get near Myst but Sunghoon blocked him too.

"If you want to get near her, you have to go through us." Sunghoon said bravely which made Mr. Choi and the others scoffed.

"Guess you're really brave, boy." And Mr. Choi smirked. Myst expected Sunghoon to be offended but no, she saw a smirk in his face.

What are you doing? Myst said in her thought as she narrows her eyes at the boys who are protecting her in front.

"If she is your daughter, then officer, do you tolerate parents who treat their children like an inmate?" Jungwon asked, which made the police officers look at Mr. Choi. Even Mr. Choi didn't expected that question. But he still tried his best to remain his posture.

"Let's stop from here. We should bring you to the precinct first, and then we'll start talking." But then Sunghoon shook his head.

"Check the CCTV in the stockroom of the museum first, and then we'll start talking." He said which annoyed Mr. Choi.

"But-"

"Accusing is bad, Sir." Sunghoon cuts the officer and looked at Mr. Choi who got pissed.

"Okay, let's say he is treating her daughter-"

"We're not related." Myst suddenly joined the conversation. "But he imprisoned me, at a box. Without air to breathe in, for months." Mr. Choi narrowed his eyes at her as she confessed to the police officers.

"Miss-"

"Even though I don't know them personally, I don't have any complaints as to what they've done. Actually, I'm grateful for what they've done." Myst added and smiled.

Then, the police officers remained quiet and they're discussing something.

After a few minutes, the police officers faced them.

"We're sorry for bothering you. Though we may accept what you said, Miss, but we still need to have a DNA test with you and Mr. Choi." Myst nodded at them telling them that it is okay.

The police officers put a handcuff to Mr. Choi and he sighed, angrily. And looked at Sunghoon who wasn't scared at all, he just smirked at him.

They told Myst that there's a nurse that will come here to take the DNA test.

Then they all sighed in relief.

"You look like you're already prepared." Myst commented and the others chuckled.

"It was my idea." Ni-ki said as he raised his hand. "I dreamt about you, noona. That they've got you. That's why earlier, while you were cooking, we discussed about it. Then, bingo." And he smiled proudly. Sunoo, who was beside him, patted his head.

"Good boy." And Ni-ki jokingly barked at Sunoo which made the others laugh.

"Oh, shoot." Jake blurted out of nowhere which made the others look at him. "It's 10 minutes left before school starts." Then the boys widened their eyes at that realization.

"I haven't taken a bath yet!" Jay said as he rushed to the bathroom. The others finished their meals with one glance.

"Be careful!" Myst said as she looks at them, going inside the car.

"You too." Sunghoon said before entering the car. Myst blushed but then shook off her head.

No, don't make things worst. Just get out of their sight soon. Then she sighed.

It seems like she's already attached to them, but it needs to happen, no one can stop it. Even Myst.

She decided to do the house chores to avoid overthinking as she waits for them to get back.

Myst heard a car from the outside that's why she expected that they are here already.

But turns out it was Jay only.
