They headed to Chloe's limo and went to the airport, knowing Lila might try to convince the class to leave early. They went with security, as Mme Bustier was unable to act against Lila due to the principal's misplaced trust, even though she knew about Marinette's pregnancy.
Mme Bustier handed out the tickets, with Marinette, Damian, and their friends seated in first class. Lila, however, couldn’t resist causing trouble. “Miss, I think I should trade seats with Marinette since I sprained my ankle yesterday,” she said, shedding crocodile tears.
“Sorry, Lila, but if you have a sprained ankle, you should have asked your boyfriend for a first-class ticket,” Chloe replied.
The rest of the flight was uneventful as the miraculous team settled in. Marinette, feeling exhausted from carrying a child, fell asleep. Damian awoke to the announcement over the intercom: “This is your captain speaking. We will land in Gotham in half an hour. They fed the kwamis, who emerged and complimented them. Meanwhile, the girls chatted while Nino, Luka, and Damian discussed strategies to deal with Lila.
Upon arriving, they disembarked from the plane, collected their bags, and went through the airport’s dispersal process. They exited the airport and were greeted by Alfred.
