When someone turns 16 their soulmark appears as a small tattoo anywhere on their body, it represents their soulmate. When they get close to your soulmate, the soulmark will burn or/and tingle. It is unknown to have more than one soulmate. If you don't accept the soulmate bond within 6 months of meeting them, you perish.
