We have been on the raod for three hours jace still hasnt woken up ''where are we going?"

''to jace's cousins house on the outskirts of oregon" he said i looked out the window it was almost morning

''can we make it?"

''of course" he slammed on the gas pedal and we flew through traffic

''but the cops?"

''they wont catch me iv been doing this for decades" he smiled. We made it to the house it was small maybe a four bedroom some people were outside they were all buff and scary looking i didnt want to get out of the car

''ill grab jace and they will get the bags

''hey maggie" the only girl said

''hello miss sasha" magnus said giving her a hug

''who is this?" sasha said looking in the car at me

''this is destiny" magnus said

''hi" she said i smiled and waved hi to her she looked in the back seat ''what happened to jace?"

''nates family has striked again"

''ugh" she said

''we must get inside the sun is about to rise" the buff guys grab the luggage and one of the grans jace we all go into the house

''you will be sharing a room with sasha" magnus said to me

''where will jace be?"

''with me" i looked at the taller guy he walked up to me stuck his hand out ''im brandon" i shook his hand

''im jacob" the one with the short black hair

''im terrance" the one with the blonde hair said

''ok guys give her some space" sasha walked in between us the door flew open and a man walked in he had a scar on his left eye that ran over his nose to his right cheek bone he had hair like jace did black hair that went to his shoulders but this guys hair was just a little bit longer he walked past me without even looking at me or anyone except magnus they looked like they were having a conversation but yet they werent talking.

The guy left

''who was that?" i asked sasha

''no one knows his real name everyone just calls him zsadist he wont talk to anyone except magnus and jace"

''why only those two?"

''thats jace's older brother"

''i thought nate killed his family"

''thats what we thought to but jace wasnt thinking about zxadist then and he still doesnt know that he is still alive"

''oh wow"

''yeah he's been searching for nate for a very long time"

''does he know that jace is alive?" she shook her head

''nope" the guy walked through and looked at sasha they both walked away then a few minutes later zsadist bolted for the room jace was in

''he knowss now come on ill show you where you sleep" i followed sasha into her room and got settled in

''so how did you meet jace?"

''i uh i broke into the house and hid in a cabnet"

''wow" i nodded

''so nate is after him?"

''his family is i killed nate" she shot up

''YOU DID WHAT?!?"

''ssssshhhhhhhhhh dont tell everyone" i said

''you killed him? thats why the whole entire family is after you guys"

''yeah i guess so" she sat back down ''wow.....well lets get some sleep" we went to sleep.

ONE MONTH LATER

everyone was out making sure that nates family of hunters werent around brandon and zsadist stayed behind to watch the house i walked into jace's room he was asleep zsadist was in the chair next to him

''has he woken up yet?" he shook his head ''oh ok" i was about to walk out

''how did this happen?" he asked i turned around ''how did he. get shot" i sat on the bed

''he was trying to save me i didnt listen when he said we should turn back i fell in a hole i couldnt get out and they tied us up put us in a car and they were gonna take us somewhere but we broke free i broke the door and we escaped then he got shot and now they are after us" he stared at the knife he had in his hand

''not for long" he got up and left
