Theres Darkness In Everyone Chapter 21

Six hours later me and sasha finally get back to the house

''ugh what a long boring day" i said falling on the bed next to jace

''lucky you"

''what did you do? lay here?" he smiled

''no me brandon and jacob were practicing" he said

''practicing what?"

''combat for when the hunters get here or if we ever run into them" he said ''apparently im a little rusty" he said rubbing his mid section

''what exactly did you do?"

''throwing knives" brandon said walking in

''you did what?!" i sat up looking at jace

''its what we do well i havent done it for awhile well since........im getting tired" he rolled over facing the other way brandon left

''since your family was murdered?"

''yeah" he turned off the light

''can you tell me about it?" i asked he didnt say a word i laid down facing the other way.

''i cant" he said

''mkay" the bed shifted as he got up and walked to my side and knelt down

''im sorry dess i.........i just cant not right now atleast'

''mkay"

''is that all you can say?" i was about to say something but sasha rushed in

''jace zsadist has been injured"

''who?"

''your brother"

''my-but he died"

''thats what he said about you" jace stood up but his legs gave out

''he wasnt at the house that day he was with me" she said he was in her face in less then a second hand wrapped around her throat

''and you never said anything to me about this?" he roared

''jace go see him" i said ''and let her go" he threw her across the room ''ill deal with you later" he said to her then left i went to sasha

''why did you keep his brother a secret?" i asked

''i had no way of contacting him after his families death he disapeared and no one has seen or heard from him till now" she said

''oh"

''now hes going to kill me" she said

''why?"

''cause of what i did"

''its not your fault though"

''i made him suffer for centuries if i only told him his brother was with me"

''sasha relax i wont let him kill you" i helped her up and she nodded ''go get some rest" i said we both left the room she went up to hers and i stayed where jace was he was standing over zsadist just looking at him not saying anything. brandon was tending to his wounds with magnus

''how bad is he?" i asked jace didnt look at me

''not that bad " he said. i walked up to him and looked down at zsadist. brandon and jacob picked up zsadist and left the room no doubt putting him in his room

''who did this?" he asked magnus

''judging by the wounds he was attack by guns and knives and the only people who know about us are the hunters so im assuming it was them"

jace nodded and walked back into the room. i followed

''where are you going?"

''practice i wont stop till im the killer i once was" he got dressed then walked up to me and kissed me ''im not going to let them take anymore of us especially magnus and my brother" he said he wrapped his arms around me we were inches from each other ''and im certainly not going to let them take you away from me" i opened my mouth to say something but he was already gone i ran out the door but he was no where to be seen i went up to sasha's room good she was still up

''do you know where they go to practice?"

''yeah"

''where?"

''theres a forest about a mile away you walk out. the door just go to the right theres a little trail you can follow if you loose that trail your lost" she said i nodded ran out the door and went to the right i followed the small trail. I made it to the forest

''da ja vu" i said to myself i listened for jace. I heard him talking with i think it was jacob i went to where they were but i stayed hidden watching them

''are you sure?" jacob asked him

''yep"

''ok if you end up dead dont come crying to me" he said he then jumped jace but he dodged it hitting jacob with the hilt of his knife

''you idiot its you who better not come crying to me if you end up dead" jace said with an evil grin

''hahahahahaha im not the one thats rusty" jacob laughed they started to fight not realizing i was there. I looked around to make sure it was just us three there was a man standing on the other side across from me i didnt know him he had a heart beat he wasnt looking at me he was looking at jace and jacob from what i could tell he didnt have anything on him so i stayed where i was watching him.

2HOURS LATER

The guys stopped they both were bleeding jace had a knife in his throat and jacob didnt have any knives in him

''you sir are really rusty" jacob said jace took a deep breath and pulled out the knife with a painful groan

''thats what i get for disapearing for centuries" he said gasping the man across from me pulled out a knife aimed it at jace and threw it.
