#13-"Caught"

He's the apple of the eye wherever he goes. They can't take their eyes off him because of his unreal visuals. Just like the other girls he caught Y/N's attention too.

She likes him. He's handsome outside, he is kind inside. How can you not like him?

Unlike the other girls who tries to do anything just to get his attention , Y/N do nothing. She don't want to be like them since there are tons of them that's trying. It's just waste of time for her.

On the other hand, she has a few friends, a talkative girl and honestly shows her true self to her circle only. People are afraid to approach her since she rarely smiles when she's not with her friends. Nobody notices when she arrived, but Vernon know it everytime.

He likes her. She look cold outside but she's warm inside, she looks beautiful especially when she smiles. Well, she got him, what can we do?

They like each other but afraid to initiate the first move. How can they be together if they believe that they just want to look at each other from a far?

"It's 2 dollars." Y/N stated after she scan the product.

"She looks adorable." He whispered.

"Huh?" She decided to look at the guy and she realized that it's Vernon.

"I mean here." He put his pay on the counter while his eyes are still on her.

"See you at school Y/N." He ran out of the blue after saying those words because of unknown shyness he feel.

That's the first conversation between the two of them. They always steal glances at each other but their eyes never met. Their smiles are because of each other and no one knows it.

That's the first time that Vernon saw Y/N in that convenient store working. After that day, he came back just to interact with her.

They don't get to close as we expected. Not knowing what's the reason on holding back their self to be open with each other.

Y/N work as a photographer. She's not fan of taking pictures back then, but she ended up with this job. She started to love taking pictures too. When there's anything that caughts her attention, she immediately took out her camera and capture it.

"The sky is really alluring at night, right?" A voice suddenly came out from nowhere as she take photos of the sky.

"Indeed. Especially the stars." She answered with a grin while capturing the beautiful scenery.

"I remember someone." The person suddenly opened up.

"Really? Who's that?" She asked full of curiosity.

She looked at the pictures and happiness filled her whole system. She still not looking to the one who's talking since she's busy doing her own thing.

"My first love, she shines like a star."

That statement made her think that maybe the girl is famous. She feel the jealousy towards the girl. Everyone looks at her as nobody in her school in the past. She's too far from the stars.

"She always look cool everytime I saw her in our school. When she have her poker face I felt I could melt with her eyes. When she beams, I felt I'm in cloud nine."

That made Y/N chuckled loudly. She found the guy so cheesy. She continue taking pictures of the beautiful stars along with the moon.

"I never got her interest in me. I mean I'm handsome but why the hell she didn't even like me back?" The guy mumbles.

She got the interest of the guy's face that's why she turned her face unto to him. The guy is wearing a mask. She saw his undeniably beautiful eyes that sparkles along with the light of the sky. His eyes are stunning. They're so bright.

She paused and say."Maybe she has reasons."

"What's your reasons?" The guy suddenly blurted.

"Reasons for what?"

"For you to not like me?"

He get his mask off and look at her with his ravishing eyes. The person that she haven't seen for years. The one that she didn't expect she would meet again asked.

Y/N holds the camera and started to position it to take a picture again. She capture him. "My whole interest and heart was caught by you back then."

Vernon suddenly forced Y/N to turned her back against him. Then he started to exclaimed the butterflies from his face. He turned so red after the girl said that. He doesn't want Y/N to saw his overwhelmed face.

"What about now?" He sighed deeply then ask that to her.

She suddenly started to count. "One, get your self ready."

That made Vernon confused."Two, I'm facing back to you okay?"

She slowly face her direction towards Vernon. She gave her signature gorgeous grin and set up her equipment.

"Three, smile." And then she take a photo.

"You caught my attention, that's why I took a photo of you. Is it alright Mister?"
