"ECKA AKIN NA 'YAN" Sigaw ko dahil kinuha n'ya cellphone ko, nag papahabol pa talaga s'ya ng biglang.
*BOOM* Nabangga n'ya 'yong babae!

"Hala sorry po." Ako na nag sorry

"Sorry po, eto po kasing si Sela ang harot."

"Wow Ecka ako pa talaga." Sabay hablot ng phone sakan'ya.

Tinitigan lang kami ng babae at pumasok sa room. Nasa likod n'ya naman 'yong teacher kaya umayos na kami at pumunta sa upuan.

"Gagi ka Ecka, nagalit ata."

"'Di naman sadya e. Nag sorry na nga e."

"May problema ata e, sobrang putla n'ya oh."

"Ok class manahimik na muna kayo at umupo na sa kanya kanyang upuan" Sabi ng prof namin kaya naman naging mabait na ulit kami.

"Meron kayong magiging bagong kaklase. Ms. Trinidad maari ka bang pumunta rito sa harapan at mag pakilala?"

Tumayo yung nabangga namin kanina, so Trinidad pala ang apilyedo n'ya. "I'm Abelaine Trinidad" 'Pagka sabi n'ya no'n ay umupo na agad s'ya sa bakanteng upuan sa tabi ko. uhm, ok where's your manners girl. Lumipas ang ilang minuto ng walang nangyayari kaya nag salita na si judge (Law Class).

"A-ah, so magiging kaklase n'yo na s'ya simula ngayon."

"So, dahil ok na tayong lahat may recitation tayo ngayon."

Nang marinig namin ang sinabi ni judge ay biglang tumahimik agad, kabado na baka matawag sa recitation na ito.

"Mr. Alipio." Oh shit, that's not my surname, thank God.

"What's arresto menor?"

The pressure's in the air, pure silence was happening right now.

"Arrest of a minor po." He said, then back to complete silence.

Our prof just sighed and said. "Sit."

There's chuckles around the room because of what Alipio just said.

"Alright let's move on, Ms. Guia."

Oh shit, that's me. "What's arresto menor? And can you please elaborate" Same question but my mind's block right now because of the pressure. I can't think straight that's why I call someone for help.

"Hey..." I whisper.

"Help please, I'll treat you later."

"Duration of penalty." She said the key points. Then suddenly I remembered it

"The duration of the penalty of arresto menor shall be from one day to thirty days. Bond to keep the peace." As I answered with confidence.

"Very well said Ms. Guia." Oh shit, that's literally a sudden heart attack.

Kinalabit naman ako ni Ecka. "Tagal natin naka sagot mars a, kabado ba?"

"Oo punyemas, buti na lang tinulungan ako ni Abby."

"Wow naman, blessing hahaha."

"Ok another person." Again, kabado ang lahat.

"Ms. Trinidad." Everyone looked at her direction.

"Assume that a state passed a law that only a pharmacist may sell psuedophedrine from a licensed pharmacy. Assume that federal law allows pseudo ephedrine to be sold through any retail outlet. A consumer sues the state to have the law invalidated because it conflicts with federal law. Who do you think will w-?"
