👑🏰Chapter Three🏰👑

*~Katolis~*

After stepping through the portal Mother executed, I wandered through the portal. I was clothed in dark green. A pair of black leggings, light brown boots, and a dark green top. I also had a red hood. Down the back were green vines. It was a forest-like hood.

And so, at the age of fourteen, I went to Katolis for the first time. It was beautiful. There were hybrids everywhere. They were elves and humans. Even magical creatures. It was astounding. I loved just being there. There were many people. But, again, I'm getting ahead of myself.

"Serena! Aries. Come on! I want to see everything!" I told them excitedly.

They chuckled before conversing. "Oh Luna," They spoke.

"Oh! And why were we here we should have different names so that way no one knows us," I said thinking that it was a good idea. It was a good and smart idea. And Seren could be Linnea and Aries could be Caspian. And I could be Nova. 

A/N: Nova was the name the people in the fandom called Claudia and Callum's daughter.

"That's a smart idea," Seren told me, "So, do you have any names in mind?"

"Yes, actually, I do. Serena, you can be Linnea. And Aries, you can be Caspian," I told them.

 "And what about you?" Aries asked.

"That's easy, I'll be Nova. Mother wanted to call me Nova so," assured him.

"Cool. Now, we should cover our ears and hair. No one can know we're hybrids," Aries told them.

"Great idea!" Serena determined him.

"Well, Aries, I only have one extra hood," I told him.

"Oh. Well, I can use the hood and Serena can turn into a human using her dark magic," Aries announced.

"No! I don't like using dark magic!" Serena whined.

"Fine. I'll bend in with the sun. But, you have to stay in front of me so I can look like a shadow," Aries ordered the girls.

"But, Aries, can't we just buy a hood?" I suggested.

Aries turned red with embarrassment. "I didn't think of that," Aries said sheepishly.

"Okay. Then it's settled. You and Serena stay here and I will go buy a hood," I told them. They both nodded as I walked into town.

In town, I looked around. It was absolutely breathtaking. And that's when I bumped into him.

Felix Soren.

"Sorry," I said to him.

"It's alright," He mumbled.

"I'm Nova," I told him.

"Nice to meet you, Nova. I'm Felix, Felix Soren," Felix told me.

"Nice to meet you, Felix. Now, Felix, can you help me find the nearest shop that sells hoods?" I asked him.

"Oh sure. My Uncle Soren works there with my older brother," Felix told me.

"Soren? Serena?" I thought out loud.

"Serena? No, Uncle Soren's wife is Aerilyn," Felix told me.

"Oh, okay. Now can you show me to the store?" I asked.

"Oh sure. Just let me put my hood down first," He said before revealing his elf ears.

"Y-your an elf?!" I exclaimed.

"No. I'm not. I'm a hybrid. My father is human and my mother is an elf," Felix told me, "High Mage Callum and Lady Rayla."

"Oh. So elves and humans and be together in harmony?" I questioned.

"Yeah," Felix said unsurely. "Now we must go to the hood store." He said before taking me by the hand and dragging me to the store.

I smiled and beamed at all the hybrids. But then I got a reminder that I had to be back in two hours.

Well, then, I guess this just got a lot harder.

Hey! So this is the next chapter. Above are the three OCs, Aries, Luna, and Serena. And for the next chapter, you have to GUESS who Aries is going to be adopted by later in the book.
