7 Minutes In Heaven (Willex)

Consequences

[A/n: Please ignore the title I had literally no inspo and just put smth I thought fit.   Basically this whole chapter is them kissing so if you want to you can skip and I'll catch you up on what happened next chapter.

Warnings: Kiss scene for the whole chapter basically]

Willie's pov:

"Willie, I-" Alex starts, but I don't let him finish. I know what he's going to say.  He's going to reject me. He's going to say he likes Luke, I've seen the way he looks at him. Our friendship will be ruined, as well as the countless dreams I've had of us being together. I start crying, and turn away to hide my face from Alex.

"No I get it, you don't like me like that and never will. Trying to kiss you was stupid and I never should have done it." 

"What?  No Willie, you don't understand."

I turn back to look at him, and suck in a sharp breath. Alex looks so cute right now that I want to kiss him again, even though I know doing so would likely ruin any chance of us still being friends.

I make a huge effort to control my trembling voice, and glancing down at the ground I mumble "What don't you understand?  I kissed you and you pulled away.  Simple. You don't feel the same way I do."

"Willie look at me."

I look up.

He cups my face in his hands and slowly leans in. His lips brush mine and shivers run through my body. The touch of him always felt good, but this, this is amazing. His soft lips on mine is a feeling I hope to never forget.

I grab his waist and pull him closer to me, melting into the kiss.  My brain stops focusing on everything but Alex. He bites my lip softly and I groan, this us what I've been waiting for since the day I ran him over while skateboarding. [A/n: bruh i feel so weird writing this bcs I've never kissed anyone before and idk what its like]

Alex's pov:

I pull away from Willie, but keep my hands on his face.

"I think it's kid of obvious now, but I like you too Willie." I whisper.

Willie's knees give way but I catch him.  I pick him up and allow him to wrap his legs around me. He embraces me in a huge koala hug which makes me think he's trying to become a part of me.  If there wasn't already butterflies in my stomach there definitely is now. His head rests on my shoulder and I can feel his warm breath tickling my neck.

Suddenly he starts crying again. My heart skips a beat and I lean back to look at his face.

"What's wrong?"

"Caleb's going to kill me," he says between sobs.

"No he's not." I tell him, confused.  The thought suddenly occurs to me that he's right, if Caleb found about tonight he wouldn't hesitate a second before destroying Willie. I gasp, "Oh."

Willie buries his face in my shoulder again, and mumbles something that I couldn't understand because it was muffled by my shirt.

"Willie please don't cry," I say desperately.  Seeing him sad kills me inside, I can't bear to see someone I love so much that sad.

Again he mumbles something inaudible.  He lifts his head up and sniffs. "I- I can't go back there. Caleb, he can read minds. He'll want to know where I was and the second he sees what I did he'll destroy me." He hugs me tighter and sobs into my shoulder. "But t- that's the only place I have I don't know any other place to go besides t- there. And even if I found a place he would c- come looking for me."

My heart tears into pieces.  I can't imagine how I would feel if I was in Willie's place, just hearing this story is too heartbreaking. "Calm down, we'll figure something out. I promise."

"P- promise?"

"Yes. Do you really think that I would let anything happen to you? Because I wouldn't. Willie we are going to find a way to rescue you from Caleb or I will die trying."

Willie smiles weakly. "But you're already dead hotdog."

I smile back, glad that he is starting to go back to normal Willie.

His gaze darts down to my lips. Whrn he looks up again he looks a bit calmer.

"Can we kiss again please?" He asks. "It might make me feel bett-"

I don't reply, I just press my lips against his before he stops talking.  I can feel him shiver in excitement, and my body reciprocates the movement. 

This time the kiss lasts longer, neither of us finding any reason to stop.  I can feel Willie relaxing and the tears stop streaming down his face. When he comes up for air he is smiling.

"Thank you Alex." He whispers before returning to the kiss.

Third person pov:

Neither boy remembers that they were only supposed to be in there for only 7 minutes, and both get a huge shock as the door is pulled open to reveal them making out.

[A/n: This is longer than I originally planned oh well. I was going to do just the 7 minutes in heaven and finish the"book",  but now I've got an idea and it will be longer. This was written at 1am; don't judge]
