State University
It's Wednesday morning and it feels like a Monday. Everyone looks so dead and tired around campus. I am doing my best to still adjust to being a parent with Jacob.
That little dude wears me out when I do have him for the three days. Stephanie has been normal lately actually so, that's a plus.
"Hey beautiful" Cori said.
"What's up?" I said as I was making my way to my last exam for the semester.
"Nothing. This week is the end of our second semester" she said wrapping her arm around minds.
"I can't wait for this month break. Then I have one class next semester" I smiled.
"Your going to be a doctor" she smiled.
"That is true, I will have doctor title" we both started laughing.
"What's going on crazy Cori and you?" Philip asked standing with Icka.
"Nothing, I am going to class" Cori said and walked off.
"You know she is O D obsessed with you dude" Philip said.
"Yes, I know why you think I am nice to her? So, she won't kill us all" I replied.
"True" Icka said laughing.
"You seen Maeve?" I asked him.
"She got drunk and fell down the stairs at some dorm party last night. Thrown by you know you who" Philip said.
"George is a weird ass guy" I said.
"Yup, so since she is considered lil sis now. I went to get her and not tell tiny tot about her sister almost breaking her wrist" he said.
"Yeah, Vee would flip out" I said.
"Oh, why Sailor so called invite me to her wedding?"
"Who is that?" Icka asked.
"Her cousin" Philip said. "When?"
"Last week, my mom said that Saloy dropped it off. Talking about they trying and bullshit. I said I am not going to that shit."
"I wouldn't either, I love your pops but the rest of your family nah, man they ain't right."
"I know. But let me get to class and I'll see both of you later" I stated rushing off.
