You would think that death is all doom and gloom but it loses its scariness when it's happening all the time around you. I mean like 'Oh there goes Josh to the tarricons, or Oh there goes that base up in flames' you just lose the mentality to label death as something scary is all I'm trying to say. I'm going to die anyway, why not go down in a spectacular way, so here I am surrounded by glass walls holding off tarricons outside and a massive bomb behind me.

Wonderful. Hear that sarcasm.

I suppose it's a good death if my friend and family are getting as far, far away from this place as possible or, this would be for nothing at all. Oh you are probably wondering 'Tarricons?', well they are Giant undead cybertronians brought back by dark energon. They appeared 12 years ago and so far killed off 98% of earth's population, not good numbers I know. My family and friends have lived and survived this mess by sticking together until we found a military base, free of undead so we lived in it for 4 years. We lived pretty peacefully for those years until they showed up like that unwanted uncle every thanksgiving, tarricons slowly marched to our base and we had to go down levels we never needed to go down to.

This is how we found the massive bomb and an alternate escape route for important people to go too. We planned for someone to trigger the bomb and run, never planned for the 4 inch thick bullet proof glass wall to come closing down. They tried to get me out with no luck so I told them to get as far away from here as possible to continue living their lives. That is how I got here with nowhere to run, what a spectacular way to go, not. A bang pulled me from thought causing me to look up at the now cracked glass wall and angry looking tarricons.

"Huh, so I'm going to either die by tarricons or go in an epic ball of fire and take them with me. I think there should be a timer on this." Looking for a pad and finding one 2 minutes later, it looked like someone decided that they were going to design this thing drunk. Why would you need to make a bomb with a lever that does absolutely nothing at all and there are two of them. Finally finding the timer and setting it for 00:20 seconds before turning it on and turning to face the tarricons.

"Well at least I'm not dying alone because you guys are here and I'm sure you don't want to kill me?" Growling returned. Sighing as I slid down to the ground at the base of the massive bomb and putting my head in hands looking at the tarricons in front of me. 10 seconds left on the timer, I closed my eyes and counted down the seconds
