Part 2! The date!

Prompt: it's the date!

Genre: Fluff

As Percy looked into the mirror, he smiled. Great, it was the date. Percy was excited. His phone rang. He quickly took it out of his crimson jacket pocket. It was Ginny. He clicked the contact of his sister and read out her message.

Ginny

He put his phone back in his pocket and looked at himself in the mirror one last time before leaving.

He got into his car, ignoring the message he got by George. He would check it later.

He quickly drove down to the small cáfe. He got out of the car, locking it. He nervously walked into the cáfe, looking around and almost instantly locking eye's with the singer.

'Percy! Over here!' He said, waving.

Percy smiled as he walked over to the brunette and sat down across from him.

'Hello, good to see you again, Oliver.' He said.

'Good to see you too.' The brunette said smiling brightly.

Someone in a light blue uniform, that all the other employees wore, appoarched them, carrying a notepad and a pen.

'What would you like to order?' They said, their voice was calm and deep. They raised their notepad slightly, adjusting their glasses aswell.

'Um, just a croissant and a...flat white please.' The singer said.

(I did my coffee research)

'And for you?' They spoke, finally looking at the two men sitting in front of them.

'Just black tea please.' The other man spoke quietly.

(Tea research, check. Still got more tea and coffee research to do because I'm doing a coffee shop AU, so yay to me)

'Alright. I'll be back with your order's in just a few moment's.' The employee said in a formal tone and then walked away.

It was silence for a few moment's which was broken by the brunette asking the other a question:

'Why'd you not get anything to eat?'

Percy had a simple answer. A simple answer that would most likely result in Oliver finding out what he had tried so hard to hide and not get out. So he just said the easy answer.

'Not hungry.' He said bluntly.

The brunette raised a brow but didn't question more. Percy let out a sigh of relief. It would be better not to speak about his personal issues in a public place like a cáfe, even if it was small and not too crowded.

The waiter appeared once again, holding their order's. They placed them down and then left.

The two men began talking and getting to know each other quite well.

At the end of the evening, they were sitting on a hill (cliche much?) and just watching the sunset.

Percy was silently freaking out in his head while Oliver was just deciding what to say and do.

'Soooooooo...this has been really nice. I'd love to meet up with you again.' He said.

He was trying to let his mind speak but still limit and not say something like, 'I think you're just an amazing person and I'm now daydreaming about our wedding'.

'Me too.' Percy said, his voice slightly high-pitched and hurried.

Oliver moved closer to Percy, putting his arm around him as there was just an awkward silence.

After a few more minutes and a lot of silent panicking, the brunette finally let out a sigh and leaned close.

(I freaking suck at writing kissing scenes so stick with me here)

Their lip's connected and Percy melted into the kiss. It lasted for a few seconds and then they pulled away. Percy was completely red and Oliver just tried not to stay quiet since he didn't want to say anything stupid.

As it began to get darker and darker they started getting back into the car, blushing still.

Tonight was success, Oliver thought. He was definitely going to marry this man one day.

Sorry this took a while but here it is now. Finally. This was so cringey. I spelt that wrong, didn't I? Whatever. Thanks for reading.
