Karas past

Part one

Kara sat at her desk at Catco working when she heard a familiar voice coming from the elevator. Her old teacher, Mr.Schuester walked out of the elevator and Kara felt sick to her stomach and she froze. Mr.schuester went right into Cats office and Kara ran off to hide somewhere.

"Kiera!" Cat yelled for Kara but she didn't show up. Kara didn't know but Cat knew Kara was supergirl so that's where she thought she was, helping national city. Kara waited until she heard her former teacher leave to come out of the bathroom where she was hiding.

"Kiera, you just missed Will Shuester, my old friend. He asked me to host a reunion for his past glee club members and of course I couldn't say no," Cat said.

Kara was barely listening, she was too distracted by the old memories that went through her head that she had hoped she would have never thought about again.

"Hello, earth to Kiera," Cat said trying to get her attention.

"Sorry Mrs.Grant" Kara said.

"Like I was saying, I'm hosting their glee club reunion and you're going to be there" she said.

"Me? why me, I was never in some glee club" Kara said nervously.

"Obviously you weren't Kiera, I want my favourite assistant and reporter there with me," Cat said, making Kara smile.

"I'm your favourite?" Kara said with a happy voice

"That's not what I said, I said you're going to help me at that reunion," Cat tried to cover up that she actually liked Kara.

"Alright then, Mrs.Grant," she said and left Cats office and spent the rest of the day thinking about how she would get out of going but knowing Mrs.Grant, Kara would have to be dead before Cat let her not show up.

The next day at Catco, Kara was working when she was called into Cats office. They were about to start talking when Karas old teacher and glee club walked into Cats office with them and Karas face dropped.

"Uhh mrs.Grant I have to go," Kara said with her head down low.

"Nonsense Kiera, these people are the people you'll be helping at their reunion" Cat said and Kara gave them a little wave with her head still down low.

"Mrs.Grant I have to go to the washroom," Kara said and left her office.
She didn't want to wait till they were gone to come out of the bathroom because they seemed to be in there a long time so she left and sat at her desk with her head down low.

"Hey it's Kiera right? I'm Jake" he said to her and she looked up at him.

"uhh hi it's actually Kara, nice to meet you but I'm kinda busy right now." Kara said to him

"you look so familiar do I know you?" he asked her.

"Nope" Kara said nervously and the rest off the glee club walked out and jake joined them and they all walked out.

"That girl look strangely familiar to Marley, just with glasses and blond hair," Jake said to the glee club.

"No It couldn't be her," unique said "I would know if that was her although I didn't get a good look at her face" she continued.

"But just think, Marley left without an explanation and we were never able to contact her again" Jake said and they all thought about the possibility of Kara being Marley but just brushed the idea aside, thinking it not possible.

When Kara got home to Mon-el she told him everything. That she had seen her old glee club members from a long time ago and her old boyfriend. She told him about how she had to change her name while she was there and when she left she changed it back to Kara. She didn't go into too much detail, she didn't want to talk about it.

"Hey it's ok, they probably didn't recognize you anyway," he assured her, leaving a gentle kiss  at the top of her head.

"I know one of them did but he didn't actually know it was me, he just thought I looked familiar but I told him I don't know him," she told him, "I just wanna lay here with you and forget about today," she said and he pulled her into his arms where they fell asleep.

"I love you Mon-el," she whispered to him as they fell asleep.

"I love you Kara" he said to her moments before both their eyes shut and they fell asleep tangled in each other's arms.

The next night Kara, Alex, Mon-el, Winn and James went out to karaoke for the night. Kara was on stage singing when the old glee club walked in. Not the whole glee club, just Kitty, Jake, Ryder and unique. She didn't notice them until after she was done.

"Isn't that that girl from Mrs.Grants office?" One of them asked.

They all looked up towards Kara and once recognizing her and her voice, "That totally is Marley," Kitty said and they all agreed.

Kara got off stage and gave Mon-el a short kiss before sitting down next to him. Jake saw and he got a little sad, he never fell in love with anyone after he left Marley. "Hey Marley!" Ryder yelled across the room and Karas stomach dropped.

I'm excited for this story, I think it won't be very long and I'll be posting this one and my other one. This story still has some Karamel in it but it's not no much focused on it🌪
