her: well , I'm going on a date to Cascades bowling alley. you wanna come?
me: can miles come?
her: sure , it can be a double date!
me: okay well I'll text you later , its my turn to get my hair washed.

" can i come where babe? " miles asked , obviously listening to my conversation
" nowhere don't worry about it " I smiled and closed my eyes
he followed me to the sink where the girl was washing my hair at
" I know I told you I'd take you to get your nails done but I was hoping we can do that tomorrow "

" why? do you have plans " I tried not to pout
" kind of , I have to take care of some things at work "
" okay , just drop me off at my campus when she's done "

" see I would but I was hoping I can just leave you the car and ride with Sleepy since he's already here "

he kissed me lightly and put some money into my hand
when the woman was done I called Miles

me: hey , I just wanna let you know Trent's going to go with me
him: you never told me where you were going..
me: to the bowling alley with Lena and her date

him : and put on some underwear!
me: ' laughs ' bye Miles

after he hung up , he texted me and said " for real tho put on some underwear "

I picked Trent up from our campus and I kissed his cheek once he got in the car as my way of greeting him
" buckle up " I demanded
" damn , I just got in the car.. give me a second " he joked
I smiled and when 1 second passed I looked at him from the corner of my eye
he buckled up and chuckled and so did
" you smell good , what's that " I complimented him as I got onto the highway going south
