Chapter Fifteen - Today We Want Them Dead

I woke up with a figure shaking me, it was Bucky standing above me in his usual uniform.

"Aesira, wake up, wake up.....oh good you're finally awake. Sleep well?"

"WOAH! TODAYS THE DAY RIGHT!?" I shouted sitting up right. Sorry Bucky. Your eardrums will never recover.

"Yes, now get your soldier ass up. We're going to war." He mentioned with a rather serious tone but with a badass smirk at the same time.

I got my uniform on, it wasn't very easy getting me past everyone but we soon got into the plane and headed for..Germany.

Whilst we were all on the plane I looked around the inside to find where the weapons were kept. I found a bunch of guns and picked up an assault rifle as per usual. I also picked up a sniper for Bucky since I had a feeling he'd be good at shooting one, Steve didn't need a gun since he had his shield which could send bullets the opposite direction as long as his shield stopped the bullet from getting to him. I walked back over to the seats and they both looked quite concerned. "You might want to put those down... I don't think you know what they can do." Steve muttered, I just looked at him with a 'really' look and responded with "listen here big guy, even though I'm a woman I'll just let you know I can fire these things better than you ever will. And if you trust me with that, I'll be taking this one" Looking down at the assault rifle. I felt Bucky staring at me from the corner of my eyes, "so uh, then what's with the sniper?" He asked. My eyes met his and I walked over, my boots making a loud thud with every step I took. I saw a glimpse of fear in his eyes as my head was over his. Maybe it was the sniper right in my arms? Or maybe just me? However I just chuckled and passed him the sniper "hey guys, please don't be scared of me. Anyway Bucky that's for you, I'm sure you'll figure out how to shoot that thing sooner or later." There was a silence filling the room as Bucky and I smiled at each other before I stumbled back to my seat, gun In hand.

The plane was close to landing in Germany, Steve and Bucky still asleep from the long flight but I was still wide awake. At the corner of my eyes I found three pairs of sunglasses that would make quite an entrance.

"BUCKY! STEVE! WAKE UP WE'RE ALMOST THERE!"

Their eyes flew awake in shock and I burst out laughing.

"Your faces! Priceless! Anyway I found these sunglasses, we're gonna make a badass entrance with these on, alright!?". We were laughing for a few seconds until I handed them all their sunglasses after reaching them to almost fall off my seat which made us laugh even more. We sat back down with our matching sunglasses on as the plane landed. We took all of our belongings and I threw my jacket behind my back. Once we looked as amazing as possible we stood at the back of the ramp waiting to come down. We were in a triangle formation with me at the front with Bucky and Steve behind both sides of me. Just before the ramp came down I looked behind me to give them both a nod which they replied with a smile, our weapons to our chests ready to take down German troops. The ramp came down to find ourselves near a German base. We didn't head for the base just yet because I thought I'd teach Bucky how to use a sniper so he doesn't fuck things up.

"See put your eye right here, yeah that's it, and then try shoot that tree over there." I told him. And he did as I said. He hit the tree right where I'd circled a target in leaves. The sniper had a suppressor on it to make sure it didn't make too much of a noise when the bullet went off.

The plane was still grounded so I changed my mind about the sniper and passed him a machine gun instead since the sniper needed to be reloaded every few shots so it was best if he took that instead. He did very well with that one so I gave him a pat on the back and assured him "this is gonna be great, this is gonna come to an end."

"I know..i know. Thank you for this." He responded. We both smiled at each other when Steve interrupted us, "we might need to go soon, the base has figured somethings up."

Bucky and I gave a 'it's going to be okay' look to each other before we got up and sneaked our way over to the base.
